After years of dealing with many parts stores, as well as this particular store. One thing you can consistently count on is for this store to have the absolute worst customer service. After multiple calls to get an answer, you’ll be placed on hold for 15 minutes, only to call back multiple times, with no answer. If you need a part in a an emergency, you’d be better off driving to any other store, or selling the broken vehicle.

Being a Southern California native, I'm so surprised that they do not have these in our autozones and I couldn't help but to purchase each one to have. I was super excited to come across these. Hispanic gentlemen with longer hair was very helpful with the other customers asking for certain things and was very friendly.

When I went to pay recently I was asked if I was paying with card or cash. When I responded card, the clerk told me to pay at the self checkout. I said no, I won't. She then responded I'd have to wait. I walked out nd AutoZone lost a 30 year frequent customer forever. I do not work for free and demand quality customer service. Congratulations AutoZone on your new self checkout machine. It'll cost you more than it will save on labor costs in theft and pissed of and permanently gone customers. Best part of the story, instead of an air filter and one bottle of windshield washer for about $25.00 at AutoZone, I got a better quality air filter and two bottles of washer fluid delivered to my house by Amazon for less than $20.00. Thanks again AutoZone!

I am the owner of L&L auto repair., which I have had a commercial account for more than 10 years. Lately, the service that this store provided me was poor service, for example, a bad experience was with a guarantee of a new transmission., I contacted Alex and Orlando at which was not and they did nothing to help me and I tried to contact the manager named Alvin in which I did not get any response..

Depending on what you need this is a pretty handy store to have nearby. Prices are average considering the convenience factor. Esp if it's basic stuff like oil changes, brakes etc.

The worst place you can go for parts in middle river they always give you the wrong part they tell you to take the part to them so they can give you the right one i never see that in others store plus when you call you have to wait more than 15 min omg ??????
