Pool customer Service poor communication between shop and customer.. does a bad job on repairing your vehicle try to charge you for additional Parts without notifying customer.. owner rather argue with you versus taking any accountability for their mechanics mishaps or mistakes ..not recommendthis shop to nobody..

Would never take my car anywhere else for a repair in Baltimore. They are trustworthy and efficient. Super fair pricing and they will get you in and out in no time. Thank you guys so much for being reliable, transparent, and affordable. I have peace of mind knowing I can take my car here for any repair. This was my second experience with Automotive Solutions and definitely won't be my last if I need any more repairs for my vehicle!

My husband took his car to them paid all that money only to get it back sounding worse then it did when he dropped it off screws were missing & something was rattling Called them to let them know they said to drop it off so they could take a look at it they said they found something else that was more money it still wasn't right !! They had my vehicle for entire to long 5 months total and they still didn't repair my car properly. My engine light is back on and my Lawyer is about to get in contact with Mahi and Addell both are horrible at managing and fixing cars.

100% recommend automotive solutions!!?I recently got a bit of work done on my car... I had a few points to take care of to pass a safety inspection & the place I had taken it to get inspected was over charging me & over not happy with the experience there. A friend referred me to try automotive solutions so I figured why not... upon arrival, The staff was very professional; Tom, the receptionist who took care of my paper work was so friendly and welcoming. The mechanic Red, and owner Mahi, made sure I was taken care of from start to finish! Not only did they take care of all the things I needed to fix, he got started on my car right away, cleaned °reased my entire engine to inspect it... i had a diagnosis before the end of the day... on top of it, they repaired the random things on my car that have been broken for a while (he installed a new radio/head unit) gave me the best prices without any stress! Hospitality was real! he even provided transportation for me to get home after I dropped my car off. My car was ready before the weekend was over... all the while, they communicated the work being done, sent emails including detailed invoices with prices explaining everything. They either beat or matched the prices I was quoted before... all in all I was 100% satisfied!Services: Engine repair

It’s hard now a days to find a good an honest shop these days . From the Mechanics to the front desk . Couldn’t ask for more trust worthy and reliable shop . Highly recommended !! Car runs so much better

Efficient communication, thorough rundown of what’s needed, walk through of everything that needs to be done correctly, no hidden crazy stuff like other shops do, absolutely great honest shop, saved us a bunch of headache and hassle. Multiple times! Definitely recommended!

Adel is the best! These are my Mom's go to guys and they went above and beyond when I was stuck 3 hours from home. I was not only able to drop my car off that day but it was done a day before (2days total) they expected it to be to save me money on my rental car. They did a wonderful job, are the nicest guys and helped me tremendously. Thank you again!

They have always treated me like family even though they don’t know me. Mahi (one of the owners) even offered to and took me home so that I did not have to pay for a surge fee. On top of it all my vehicle was professionally repaired at a fraction of the dealer ship cost.10/10 recommend!Services: Painting
