For some reason and I've used him in the past, recommended to a family member to use this shop. It took 4 months to fix their car. He stalled and stalled with excuses and delivery days at least 4 times. Never, ever allow your insurance company to pay totally up front for expensive auto body work, and always ask what kind of parts they are going to use. New? Recycled/ junk yard parts? In this case he used a lot of junk! The family member had to pay an extra $1200.00 to replace a strut that this body shop put a bad one on from the junk yard and not only that, my auto tech who had to re-do his work showed me a picture of a large bolt that he forgot to reinstall into the frame.. By the way, the frame was damaged, The insurance company should have written the car off as totalled but did not. The owner of this shop went ahead and welded a piece into the frame and now they can't sell the car to no one! It's dirty, it's total negligence and very unethical!! I must say now, that I am very, very embarrassed that I recommended this shop! Now I would not and the family members, recommend this shop at all.This owner does not even deserve one star!
