Timely in scheduling an appointment upon request. The technician who serviced the stovetop was very knowledgeable, honest and provided additional insights beyond what was asked of the service call. Technician was able to quickly identify and repair the loose line and install a new burner. The technician was also very mindful of costs in proposing solutions to other minor concerns.

I will tell you, I'm glad there are professionals to repair Siub Zero appliances, but put your big boy pants on. The repair man was familiar with my freezer, it cooled, but there was a humming noise I was concerned about. he said it was the internal fan. replaced it and checked my fridge to verify it was in good shape. was in the house for 43 minutes, labor cost $326. so at $455/hour, they better be good.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Wonderful experience! I called mid morning on a Saturday for a non working dryer and they arrived a few hours later! Although my dryer was beyond fixing, I was thoroughly impressed by the competence and happy attitude I was met with. :D

Very happy with the service. Steve arrived on time, laid out mats to protect floors and countertops and replaced the compressor in our side-by-side 30+ year old, built-in Sub Zero refrigerator. We had another repair firm out earlier for an estimate, but the tech wanted to pull the refrigerator out of the enclosure. We were worried that our wood floors would be scratched if he did that so we were happy to have Associated Appliances do the work without moving it. Highly recommend them!

Repair tech arrived to diagnosis the problem and take the service call fee however, I cannot get him to return to finish the job. He has cancelled on us 3 times now. Will not answer the phone and will only text and does not respond for several hours. Beware this man is a fraud!Service: Dryer repair

My technician, Justin, had to repair my freezer on my subzero. He was thorough and got to the problem and fixed it carefully leaving no mess behind. He was exceptionally thoughtful making sure I knew and understood the problems. After an attempt by a different company which left the freezer completely defunct, I appreciated his thoroughness and his courtesy.

Most appliance repair businesses are probably terrible for a variety of reasons so I won't comment on existing reviews, but since I had a positive experience, I thought it'd be only fair to pitch in my $0.02. This was the least-poorly rated appliance place that was certified to service my refrigerator. I set up an appointment with 2 days notice, friendly repair guy arrived about 75-minutes in to a 4 hour repair window, fixed a high-priority leak, and replaced a malfunctioning control panel with another that they luckily had in the truck (the latter was under warranty, too). Finished after about an hour, put everything back into place, and wore shoe booties/tried to stay clean all throughout. Pricing was very reasonable for that one hour, too.

Beware! They will rip you off if they sense an opportunity. When I called them about this, the woman fed me a lot of lies, became very defensive and then hung up on me!
You would be best served by calling one of the many reputable companies in the area that do the same kind of work. This company is horribly dishonest.
