This store is terrific and the staff is amazing!!! I was personally assisted by Ms. Deborah who helped me from beginning to end patiently reached the high hanging items. I love this store!

Ashley Stewart was well stocked on the day of my visit. The customer service is excellent there.

I purchased some items from Ashley Stewart along with a pair of nylons Saturday night. I unpacked my bag later that evening and the nylons were nowhere to be found. Big disappointment because the nylons were for Sunday church. Called store later that day and told the first person that items were purchased and clerk did not put nylons in the bag. They keep putting me on hold. Second person asked what size, I wasn't sure, then asked who waited on me. I described the person, they put me on hold and came back asked my name and said okay they were there you can come get them. I was trying to tell them I would come and get them Monday.On Monday I went to counter explained I was there to pick up nylons that they didn't put in my bag. All the clerk did was ask me my name. There was no --- I'm sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for mistake. She just handed me the nylons, no bag or any sense of apology.Having worked in retail and customer service, I would have apologized and given something to the customer to show their business was appreciated and ask for their forgiveness in not putting the item in the bag when purchased. But that's just something I don't would have done.
