I was seen yesterday for a biopsy. Blair, Farrah, and Dr Barakat were a great team. I would like their supervisors to know. Hopefully they will be rewarded. They helped me to relax and were most sympathetic to a patient’s angst. So appreciated. We need more care givers like them who are engaged and sincerely aware and in touch with their patients. I would like to offer a sincere thank you.

I made an appointment and the lady us ask for complete blood work the day of the visit . I wrote it down and everything however three days before the visit she called back getting nasty talking about I am going to delete your appointment I don't have no insurance information or nothing . Well its not like you asked for any on the original call . Then when I fax the information the appointment I once had disappeared . So unprofessional and rude . I don't know what ghettoes' they have working their but bless they little heart !!!

I was scheduled for a mammogram and ultrasound right before Christmas. During the ultrasound, the tech injured me, breaking my skin and causing me to bleed. When l showed her what happened, she brought me a long sterile gauze pad and a box of small gauze pads and offered no further assistance. I was simply allowed to leave. I didn't stay for the mammogram and went home. A few days later, after no one has contacted me, l called and spoke to her supervisor and asked if an incident report had been filed and she told me not that she was aware of. She told me she would investigate it and get back to me. Weeks later, l've heard nothing more. 100% unacceptable.

Rude front desk staff and unclear check-in procedures. If you don't know how to be customer-centric, don't work in a customer facing role.

The reception area was a disaster - nonfunctional kiosks, dismissive staff. Once past reception, the technician was helpful and friendly. Afterward - although I had requested that they send the results to my PCP in another system (Mercy) they never did. I called repeatedly, left multiple messages over *nearly*a*year*.... it was only after my PCP's PA called that they finally sent the images and interpretation...fortunately the results were normal. I was never notified by Seton. Unbelievable.

Very professional experience! I would give them a 5 if exterior signs were more clearly marked; I was a little confused with suite number and my location. Evidently there are 2 entrances.

Their appointment process (both online and phone) is considerably backwards. If you miss their 24-48 hour turnaround call back to actually schedule your appointment you get kicked off the list and must redo the process. If it weren't for the location I would go elsewhere.

I had an OB ultrasound for my first pregnancy on 4/3. The ultrasound tech Tekeia made my experience great she was very friendly and Informative and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk were also friendly and helpful.
