Uniforms suck. Sizing sucks. Service sucks. To be fair every uniform service we've ever used has been terrible so the bar isn't high but this company surely hasn't made efforts to be any better than the rest

My company has been working with Aramark for over a year now, and I can say that the techs I work with rarely have a full uniform. They either have holes in them, buttons ripping off, pockets that are falling apart, only a top or only a bottom. The issue of uniforms not being repaired has been brought up on multiple occasions and they have done nothing to rectify the issue. The few occasions where someone's uniform comes back in proper shape, the uniform was gone for over a month before it finally returned. The delivery guys are cool and understanding which is the only reason I did not give this a 1 star rating. I would not recommend anyone get into business with this company until their issues are fixed. For the sake of your people and having good uniforms, find another company. I hope to return and add pictures.

If you want horrible customer service and no uniforms or if you do they are damaged and dirty use this company. I promise they will not let you down on the disappointment

Horrible service. My company switched from Cintas to Aramark and we have had issues getting uniforms since. Every single week our delivery is incomplete. I have to wash my uniforms myself. Our driver Bobby the delivery guy has been helpful but his boss Michael Gatta is unresponsive, and still has not resolved the problem's we had from 4 months ago. My salesman Jordan Rigby was great when he was selling me on how good his company was, now I can even get him to answer the phone.

Horrible service. My company switched from cintas to aramark and weve had issues getting uniforms since. My company pays premium prices for us to have 12 pairs of pants and 12 shirts. Every single week Im lucky if I have 5 pairs of pants for the week. I have to take my own uniforms home to wash dispite all the money they get from my work. The worst part is that the delivery guy acts like its not his problem.

This is the worst company I have dealt with in my 17-years in business. They cannot get anything right and it just continues on and on. We've been with Aramark for over a year now, and we have had multiple drivers and account managers. No one can fix it. We have people that don't get their weekly uniforms back. We have ones with damaged tags attached to them, and bagged separate to be sure they see it, and the uniforms get laundered and brought back still damaged with the damage tag attached. Our brand new blue uniforms come back and blue gray after one wash, wrinkled and collars nothing close to acceptable. We've been told to upgrade to executive wash and easy care. We did both, and nothing changes. It is terrible customer service as well. The managers just want to point to our agreement. The latest is them trying to tell me we have a 60 month agreement, instead of the 36-month we signed. And it's been nearly a week that the high up has been "checking into it". This company is crooked and I would not ever recommend doing business with them. We've had uniform companies in the past that make mistakes, but boy did we ever screw up trying to find better with Aramark. I've been given excuses from "it's the drivers fault" to "we are a union, so things take a while to get right". Don't tell me that, JUST DO WHAT YOUR AGREEMENT SAYS YOU WILL DO, and DON'T THROW YOUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES UNDER THE BUS. NOT TO MENTION, it took a year before we get a conference call with a head manager and one of the first things out of his mouth is "this is the first I'm hearing about any problems with your account". Are you kidding me! You call this customer service. Bryan Bednar needs to take some customer service classes. Maybe you should look into the hundreds of issues we've had, including all the miss billing, and the hundred plus emails that's went back and fourth between us and our account managers. Maybe even a conversation with them ahead of time to review the multiple times they've been to our office, to have meetings about fixing all our issues, that have went NO WHERE!
