“Anthem House is an amazing place to live in the past almost 2 years. The management, concerning, and maintenance teams always go above and beyond. Love that they continuously upgrade amenities and give updates and even discounts to local restaurants. Location is perfect too. Definitely lucky to have this place be my first apartment in Baltimore.”
“My husband and I lived here for two years and it has been one of the best places we ever lived. Not only is the location beautiful and walkable, the staff was incredible. A special shoutout to the apartment manager, Janae! She was incredibly helpful and attentive. She was always friendly and welcoming towards our dog and her genuine care truly set her apart. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to live in fed hill! My husband and I are sad to be moving from the area but hope others enjoy it as much as we did!”
“From the first encounter we had with Michael we felt right at home. Everyone so far has been very helpful and courteous. We can’t wait to become part of the community.”
“The maintenance team is first rate. And respond in a timely manner. And I have a black recliner with heat and massage controls with the chair free to any person who wants it.”
“I wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Sharon B. She has welcomed our family to SSS with open arms. We were traveling from out of state and she stayed in touch until we arrived. She is very professional and nice, which made our move easy. Thanks Sharon for being a wonderful person and welcoming us.”
“I have been living at 520 park apartments for over 6 months now and it has been a wonderful experience! The building and the amenities are very nice and the leasing office staff is incredible. Everyone is very accommodating and does their best to help out with whatever you need. Colleen, especially, is a very lovely person and is always incredibly helpful!”
“Everyone in the leasing office is so nice that they help us a lot! I’m glad to meet Tedsa, Justin, Keycia . Their service is always prompt and thorough. Especially Justin helps me and my roommate on Aug 22, the first day we came carlyle and inquired about the availability. We made friends with Tedsa, who is really kind and helpful! Keycia also have took her time to lead me to get some tissue in social lounge. We had a really joyful time with them!! Highly recommended Carlyle Apartment!!!!”

11 S Eutaw St, Baltimore“My experience with The Redwood was amazing. I was referred to Michael and he did not disappoint. He gave me a tour and was very detailed about the space and application process. I was approved quickly and received my lease within 2 days. I'm grateful and happy to call The Redwood my new home.”
“Leasing manager Nelly is kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. She’s makes you feel like an important part of the community.
Maintenance team very professional and extremely helpful!”
“I initially faced some pest issues with subletting when I first moved in, but Gabby from the leasing office has been very supportive. She’s helping me transfer to a new room, even taking the time to walk through it with me to make sure everything is in order. Gabby is incredibly open in her communication, which is making the whole process smoother, and she brings a positive vibe to the entire community. The staff here are responsive and are making the process easier for me. The neighborhood feels safe, and if you’re studying at Homewood, this place is worth considering.”
“It was a pleasure meeting Adell today. Her service was exceptional. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions with ease. Her knowledge of the apartment communities and related topics was impressive. Adell came across as a genuinely sweet person who clearly loves her job.”
“Maiwand, was the name of the maintenance worker, he was polite and went straight to work on my disabled dishwasher, and unclogged the sink I thought I unclogged hours earlier. i appreciate the work he put into doing exactly what I requested him to do.”
“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

2700 Remington Ave, Baltimore“I lived in Remington Row for three years - it's the only place I've lived in for such a long period of time besides my childhood home - so I feel like I can accurately assess what living here is really like. I moved in one week before the Covid-19 lockdown went into effect. I had to unexpectedly move out of my previous apartment after it was broken into. Remington Row was a godsend for me during this time. It was home for me in a time when the concept of "home" became even more important. I hunkered down here, adopted a cat here, changed careers here; it really became a sentimental place for me.Here's what I loved about it: - Seawall development, the company that manages this property, is great. Their staff is responsive, professional, and efficient. - Anytime I had a maintenance request or a question, concierge or the property managers were quick to act. No maintenance request ever went unanswered for more than 24 hours and I usually had someone coming by to fix the issue the very next day. - The close proximity to amazing local businesses is unbeatable. R. House, B. Willow, Cafe Los Suenos, Charmington's, Sweet 27, Mount Royal Soaps, and so many more are all within a 5 minute or less walking distance.- The common areas are really nice. The elevated courtyard is the perfect place to hang with friends, workout outside, or even grill. - The convenience of free garage parking, a secure mail room, trash chutes, and the excellent concierge staff are some things I'll always be grateful for. Here's what I didn't love about it:- The in-unit washing machines aren't great. It's a combination dryer and washer and mine needed to be serviced at least three times during my time here. It always took forever to do laundry. - The elevators broke ALL the time. At least every person living here more than a year has a story about being stuck in the elevator or being in the elevator when it did something inexplicably weird (for me, I was dropped down to the bottom floor and all the lights went out at 3am. It was awful).- The fire alarm went off falsely very very frequently. There was one month that we had five false alarms. Some of them happening at 2am, 3am, 4am, etc. I was often paranoid that eventually, there'd be an actual fire, and no one would take the alarm seriously enough to evacuate because false alarms were so common. Overall, I'd say these are the best landlords I've ever had. Despite my unit being a tight 600 sq ft, I stayed here for a long time because of the convenience of the amenities and the professionalism of the staff. My only complaints are to do with how some details like fire alarms, elevators, and washer/dryers were glossed over when the building was constructed.I'd recommend Remington Row to anyone looking for a secure, comfortable place to call home.”
“Tiffany has been such a pleasure to work with during my apartment search. When I met her for the tour, she was instantly welcoming and so knowledgeable about the building, community and history of the land. Tiffany has made this process such a pleasure with her great communication and positive attitude. The building is secure, clean, quietly and friendly!! Would recommend adding Highland Haus to your list if you are in the market for a new/beautiful apartment!”
“Brian absolute best when it’s comes to knowing what he is doing.thank you Morgan properties for having such a tech that is very polite and a people’s person someone who puts the work in..I had a issue for weeks and Brian came through and apologized for the inconvenience so he took it upon himself that other repairs I needed that’s been on standby he took care of it thank you so much brian”

2800 Ashfield Dr, Baltimore“This is such a wonderful community. I just moved to the area and this community was my favorite I viewed. The staff was friendly, the apartment was beautiful and I really love the smart tech aspect of the doors. Definitely can’t wait to try out in an application and move in!!”
“From the very first phone call to McHenry Row/ Cache' Jackson was an absolute professional. The apartments were very nice and were presented well. The ammenities and location were pluses in my book. Two thumbs up!”
“Jaden has been very helpful from the beginning of the process. Maintenance is great, very responsive and helpful as well. The front desk concierge are kind and helpful too.”
“Maintenance people are top notch. If you call the office for service they are usually out the same day if its something important. Also the guys who maintain the property are very respectful and work hard. Don't see one guy in the truck on the phone while the other one is outside working. The property is maintained very well. My only small complaint is I wish they would get 8-Yd trash container verses those small 6-Yd's. Usually the trash starts to overflow pretty fast after its emptied. But that's not really to big of a deal. RMI are someone I would recommend to anyone”

1307 Wildwood Pkwy Suite 5, Baltimore“Wildwood Garden apartments was a good place for me and my daughter to live. The maintenance was always easy to access and got things done in a timely fashion.
Mona, the leasing manager is professional and caring, and we were sad to leave. As my family expanded, I needed more space but would recommend this complex for sure.”

2905 N Charles St, Baltimore“The environment is nice and the transportation is convenient. Baltimorean Apartments staff are friendly and helpful. Staying in the apartment makes me feel at home. Great experience!
Safety: safe district
Walkability: several minutes to the campus”
“After almost 3 years, I just moved out 14 days ago. My quiet loft was facing the courtyard, very large windows and tons of open space. I loved it. But better than the open space, I felt so safe. There is someone at the front desk, all the time. Going to bed at night, feeling that peace that you are in a very secure building, meant the world to me. The front desk employees are so nice, especially Dean, who went above and beyond to assist in helping the residents, always with a smile on his face. Mike and Woody, terrific maintenance team, always there within hours, I hardly had any issues though. Coffee, hot chocolate, work stations, printer, very nice gym that overlooks courtyard (cleaned all the time and always spotless), pool overlooking the Harbor....you just cannot do better. Great restaurant across from building (Bayside Cantina) walk to Safeway in 5 minutes, walk to Canton Square in 5 minutes, perfect location off 95. I would walk to Harris Teeter, too. There is also a community Whatsapp, it is very active and tons of conversations within the community, perfect for someone moving to Baltimore and not knowing anyone, you will make friends easily here(all ages). Believe me, you will not be disappointed, Matt and Joan (property manager) take beautiful care of the property. I loved it there.”

3103 Windsor Blvd, Baltimore“We just recently had the apartment doors replaced in my building. They are beautiful, but the apartment letters weren't on the new doors when they were installed. I made a maintenance request, and got a letter on my door within 2 or so days. I wish that all the renter's in the building would have gotten theirs too, but I will take what I can get. The rating is for all my maintenance requests. Maintenance has been very responsive to all my requests. Also, I use the resident portal to send messages to the office with concerns. That seems to be the best way to reach them. Overall, my experience here has been very good. Thank you.”
9AM - 6PM
1111 Park Ave, Baltimore“Jemal was super friendly and helpful through my entire live in process. From being patient and answering all my questions in a timely manner to just greeting me by name with a smile while walking in common areas. Additionally, Mr Larry has been the most helpful! Going out his way to hold the elevator or help me when I was struggling to independently bring bulk items from the mail room. Even fixing my Maintenence request un under 12 hrs. Renew seems to have a great team.”
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
114 E Lexington St, Baltimore“The Lenore is an incredibly beautiful building; it is well-maintained, the dog park is nice, maintenance is done on time, and the maintenance crew is super nice and funny. The gym is small but super well-equipped. I'm a big The Lenore lover!”
“From start till now I must say I haven’t had any issues everything in my apartment was new and clean bug and rodent free and Dominique and the other young lady in the office helped me and explained everything step by step the outside of the building didn’t seem appealing at first but the inside of my apartment changed my mind I’m satisfied”
“Fantastic example of Brutalist (poured concrete) architecture in a 55+ community sponsored by HUD--so tenants pay only 1/3 of their income. This place is lovely, with 20-foot long balconies, some with harbor views, and very clean. The ONLY downside is Christ Church Lutheran hangs on to bullying/inept managers far too long. For example, 2021 they lost a beloved social worker, Pam Poulson, due to former bully manager disregarding all the HUD rules not to retaliate nor discriminate---this lady through her efforts had food stamps reinstated FOR ALL MARYLANDERS in that year. Darn shame.Present manager was trained by the former bully manager, Chris, (finally asked to resign in 2023). but his replacement is known to shout out "I'm gonna have you locked up!'" which shows her racist (black) hate and desolate upbringing--and she also allowed a temp desk employee to shout that at a resident. . .for nothing. And made the resident wrong. Another bully is now in charge unfortunately. Sad. Otherwise this is a beautiful and well-kept community, with plenty of social activities!”
“I love it here and it’s been very welcoming trin and lei are very nice women they help out in the leasing office and I would definitely come back to live here again!!”
