Worst experience.. very rude … this service place is fake while trying to lure your money .. disrespectful of the person when asked questions regarding the services they are charging without proper explanation.. it explains the lack of respect to the customer ! DONOT GO TO THIS PLACE !

The representative that handle my request was friendly, however my car came back with the same issues it was supposed to be in the shop for, and worse. I would not recommend.

Charles was a great sales person for me and my family. We ended up getting 2 new Jeeps within a month because of the customer service he offered us. He not only follows up for our needs but also makes sure we don’t have any problems with the vehicles and if we need any assistance he always is available to answer our questions. FYI he also got us some great deals! Thank you Charles!!!

I love the way they treat me every time I come to the dealership. When I come for service I am in and out. The service writers are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a Chrysler, I strongly recommend you give them a shot.
