I don’t take the time to do many reviews but when you receive the service level , efficiency, and most importantly the best rates it needs to be recognized. Marty is the most down to earth business professional I’ve dealt with. He’s informative, approachable with any questions , and is a zero pressure businessman. He truly seeks to help his customers achieve their goals. I’ve used Annapolis first 3 times and Highly recommend!

Marty and Mel provide the best service possible. They are extremely knowledgable, easy to work with, patient, and stay on top of your loan process. I've worked with several good mortgage brokers but Marty & Co are by far the best experience I've had. My last three re-fi's have gone directly through them without consideration of going anywhere else. Highly recommend using Annapolis First Mortgage.

Have worked with the team at Annapolis First for many finances and refinances - most recently a tight turn around on a refinance for an investment property at the same time as financing a new home. Lots of documents, lots of moving parts and the team at Annapolis First didn’t miss a beat. They got us the best (and I mean BEST) rates and closed ahead of schedule. Really appreciate all of the efforts of the team to get us set up for the long run! I've had great customer experiences throughout the years working with the Annapolis First Mortgage teams (Marty and Mel). They've always had a laser-like customer first approach for mortgages and re-fi's. Their ability to properly set expectations on timelines while detailing all the process steps has put me at ease, since buying a home can be such a stressful transaction.
