Wait time was an hour or so each time we came. Had to come more than once because of some issue I can’t remember. I am coming back almost 2 years later to review this place because I still think about how poor my experience was, even 2 years later. The fact that a recent review said they also had a long wait time shows that not much has changed. Hopefully they fix these things.

The customer service is amazing!!! The manager (Keta) was able to replace my frame by going the extra mile and reaching out to the factory due to the frame being discontinued. I was kept abreast of the progress and I appreciate her working with me. I will be a returning customer for sure!!!
