Had a two night stay next to the store. I saw belts through the window on the wall display. I tend to destroy belts. First used for dress up occasions then go to Construcion use. Belts from Kohl's that my wife buys for me, just don't hold up. These are made in USA, thick leather. The belts cost more than belts from China but will last so much longer. Even though I came to the store looking maybe a little better than homeless, the person working was kind, polite, and helpful. Sorry to Allen Edmonds for eventually using these two new belt in horrible conditions.

Went with my fiance and wanted outside for the store to open at 12 pm. Were waited 15 minutes outside a d the employee never showed up. We decided to leave as well as a few others. I will go to the DC store for now on.

Posted hours on the door as opening noon on sundays. As of 1230 nobody was even inside the store. Alden didnt mind helping me out though!!

I've been purchasing Allen Edmonds from resellers for years, not knowing that there was a store right here in Baltimore! The unfortunate thing about AE is that their shoes (with care) last forever, but are simultaneously addicting. What an experience to see such selection.In addition to selection, Stephan was also a critical part of the purchase experience. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; he was able to help my friend and I make great choices on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories. Will definitely be back.

0 stars for the brand (especially their TN warehouse), +3 stars for the local store doing their best to make it right. 3 pairs of boots mailed to me, all had issues. First pair had several bad stitches. The second pair sent to me was someone else's order. The third pair had a shoe tongue that slipped to the side no matter how tight the laces.I'm very disappointed with the whole ordeal that took more than a month (and ended with a refund). Not sure what's going on at the TN warehouse where online orders are handled but they're sending out bad shoes and they're totally disorganized. I'll be looking into Taft, Thursday, Magnanni instead but I've missed all the seasonal sales.

I'm not from Baltimore, but the worker at this store makes me wish I did. I'm VERY hard to fit, but he effortlessly sized me and knew the perfect shoe I was looking for with the perfect fit. Definitely worth the stop.
