I made an order for my son on 11/22, and today is 12/30, and I have yet to receive his Christmas gift. When I called before Christmas, I was told I should receive around Christmas. I haven't received a follow up from the staff. I'm highly disappointed

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in and was told to go back outside since they were at “max capacity”- cool, no problem. I waited about 15 minutes and 2 people left the store. Usually this would mean there’s room for two people to enter. Nope, I was immediately accosted by some lady who argued with me insisting that no one had left the store in those 15 minutes and that they were still at capacity. Hopefully the merchandise is nice but I’ll never know.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI was ask to step out because of a six person capacity limit in the store.Noo problem, when someone walks out I go in and the owner state you have to wait we still have more than six people. They truly dont want the business!!!

This shop was EXCELLENT !! I need to be some parrri fast for an upcoming show. I found exactly what I needed!! And got a couple of items for my Bou too!! I will be back. Very friendly and lots of D9 Merch here!!

This place is so dope. If you are in a fraternity or sorority and / or want to purchase a gift for someone who is, this is the perfect place to go. They literally have everything!! Bags, umbrellas, shoes, trinkets, clothing, and a host of misc items. Custom apparel as well.They have 2 restrooms and 2 dressing rooms. This place is always clean and smells nice whenever I visit. There is plenty of free parking right outside of this establishment.Drop in and check them out! Highly recommend!

Shout out to the staff at All Sewn Up! My dad drove from our home in NOVA to have them customize my line jacket out and they did a great job. Im very happy with my jacket. I have to admit that folks thought he was crazy for going that far to have my jacket customized. He was somewhat reluctant to make the 100 miles trek to Baltimore, but after reading the reviews he decided to give them a shot. When he arrived he said he felt like he had entered a high end boutique. Unlike many other Greek shops (he’s an oldhead Kappa) he said the establishment was clean and organizes , and the staff was very professional, courteous, attentive, and patient. The staff sat him down, walked him through the customization options, and made sure they had every detail of my jackets specifications right, all of which was done at a fair price and completed within a reasonable time. Never go before calling. Hours on Google & their website are never correct. Each time I've gone, not open & only have modified hours posted on the door. So you have waste gas to get there only to find out they are closed. My 2nd time, non pandemic.

Great service here and I frequently recommend this company to other people. Only thing I would say is if you're getting customized work and looking for something in a rush you have to be realistic with giving them time to complete your order. She will get it done but it is a small business so be realistic when placing an order during probate season when demand is high. Prices are fair too.

I enjoyed visiting and will definitely go again. I opened the door and was blown away by the beautiful display of D9 sorority nalia! I was so happy! There were adorable and unique things for my daughter and me. Being a plus-sized woman, I have never found tops in a store but I don't like ordering online. I had plenty of choices and really had to have self-control to not buy everything. I could have easily spent 4 or 5 hundred dollars because there is so much merchandise to choose from. The older Sigma from Hampton that was also shopping had a good idea of setting up a sip? Meeting my Zeta sorors and the AKA along with that Sigma and the Delta who was with me really added to the experience. Because the space is small and we actually did have a pretty long wait with only one person taking custom orders and one very slow-moving person cashing out, a sitting area would have been welcome.

I ordered a shirt and it came pretty late. The business did inform me of delays. When I reached out via email they responded immediately. I ended up having to return my shirt in person and re-ordered. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It's a small store so if you go on a busy day be prepared to wait as they only accommodate a certain number of patrons indoors at a time.

Everyone there is helpful and patient. I spent a lot of time in the store looking for Christmas gifts. I was able to minimally customize a sweatshirt and hoodie with a week turn around time. If you are trying to get a extensive custom, the wait is 4-6 weeks.
