Love the food and the prices.
long lines are standard. Also, there is often a venomous lady out by the shopping carts (I never use them) watching people go by. She is quick to curse people out if she doesn’t like how you look. It is unprovoked and very unpleasant.

The store looks dirty, you also have to be careful because they are racist towards Hispanics, they also threaten you with the police and destroy your entire market, they throw everything into the cart regardless of your fruits, unfortunately they make fun of people by damaging all their products in the moment of paying. It's not worth going in there.

I hate coming here because it's always just 2 lines open when they have 5, the lines will be allllllllll the way to the back. And there are other employees in here that can help out with the lines. 😡 I got in line at 1:35 and didn't get to checkout until after 2. Believe it or not I'm still in line which writing this and it's 2:04

The store manager Nicole was very rude with no customer service skills. She was very irritated for whatever reason. She threw my doordash items in the cart with no care. She wanted to text on her phone verses making sure customer and the store was in good shape. Ms. Nicole wanted to talk to security and be on her phone than anything. I will not return if the store manager act and look the way she does.

Normally, good experience and service. Cashier today, very rude, terrible customer service. She did not greet ANY customers in her line, no hello, thank you, etc. She continuously held a personal conversation with a coworker, very loudly, I must add. The cashier took long taking money from customers and even longer giving change (simple math). Obviously, too worried about her food (fast food) that was at her register (very unprofessional).

The lines are always long with one or maybe 2 cashiers , no other aldis I visit have such a low level of customer service, friendliness or speak to you like they value your business.
