They did a good job on my braids but they’re not natural hair friendly. I literally felt like she was ripping my hair out with combing and brushing. And constant use of the blow dryer. I was getting braids to protect my natural hair but I feel like more damage has been done. It definitely was not a pleasant experience at all.Service: Braids

I’ve been going here for a very long time. Nae is very kind and accommodating. I always request her not to burn my braids with the fire; she does a awesome job at trimming the loose hairs so the result is the same.Services: Braids

I gave this place 1 star because she was very unprofessional, she didn’t wash my hair before braiding it she literally damaged my hair by just trying to comb it out with out any lubricant. She also made me brush my own hair after realizing it was impossible to brush through dry hair. I didn’t get the treatment I paid for. I will not suggest this place to anyone who cares about their hair or money being wasted. She was very unprofessional!

Nice customer service, nice braids, very accommodating. Prices tend to go up and down. Doesn't have all the hair colors. Nasty bathroom, junky, stops to do other things. Talks on phone more than half of your appointment.
