Id give this sorry excuse for a company a 0 star rating if possible.I was hung up on by Victor and then my Father in law called and was also hung up by Victor. He was very rude. He Canceled my appointment all together.

They don’t have the parts I need in stock most of the time and Salvos up the road usually has them a little cheaper and in stock.

They’ve been canceling my appointment since October and when I finally called them today, the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, he said he is is not coming because he doesn’t want to come not today not tomorrow not anytime because I am crazy. They are contracted though Geek Squad and they said they are not forced to come to appointments. This company is a joke.

I do suggest Geek Squad and all potential customers not to do business with this company. In October, I had an appointment with them and they didn’t show up. Later that day, I got a text message in which I don’t know who asked me if I am home the next day. Obviously, I didn’t answer. I don’t tell to a stranger my schedule. Since then, (when I am writing the review is the end of December) I had numerous appointments but they never showed up. Today, I called Advanced Video and a rude guy answered and talked like I was at his orders. I asked why they didn’t come and he said because I didn’t answer to the crap text in October. I told him that I am asking about December 27 appointment, not about October appointment, and his answer was the same. In addition, he said that he will never come. He knows indeed how to do business…. His clients are at his mercy. He doesn’t know that in fact he has a contract with Geek Squad Andy the money from his pocket come from me and other clients. If Geek Squad has a little bit of respect for their customers, they must end any business with this crap company.

Please stay away from this company. Was referred to this company by the Big Screen Store after our $10K 85 inch Samsung stopped working. Advance Video came to our house, took our TV with them, and called later saying there was nothing they could do to save the TV and recommend that they haul it away. The charged $150, brought the TV back but before handing it over offered to take it away to 'dump' it or use it for parts - saying that we'd have to pay someone to trash this large TV for us. Had my suspicions. Called another repair company who came to our house and completely fixed our TV in 15 minutes. Unbelievable. After asking around... this company has a bad rep. Prob was gonna fix our TV and sell it for profit. Stay far far away. Probably is in on it with the Big Screen Store as well. Be wary!!!

TERRIBLE!!!! 1st time they didn't show up to the appointment. 2nd time they said they tried to reach us several times but was unable to so they cancelled our appointment. When I called to find out what happened Victor was extremely rude and I let him know that. Technician who said he had never seen what was going on with my tv before said it would probably have to be replaced. Spent about 5 mins in the house took pictures of my tv and left. He told me that best buy would most likely replace it since he saw no damage to it and no way moisture could get behind screen. To my surprise when I called best buy for the status it had been closed because the "screen was cracked" its amazing how my screen just happened to be "cracked" after I had some words with Victor. Im also guessing this isn't the first time that best buy has had a complaint with them because they quickly got me another appointment with a different repair company.

My TV went on the blink and since it was under an extended warranty agreement, I contacted the warranty company in Texas. They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them. They contacted me a short time after I put in the claim and I could not be more pleased. They picked the TV up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. The repair was excellent, done within 2 days and all issues have been resolved.They could not have been more polite, congenial and professional. Excellent service that is truly appreciated.
