Renovations stage will address some issues like stained furniture and new bathrooms. Rooms were very nice. Unusual layout for a hotel made us feel the history of the hotel and the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely return!!

Food & drinks: The breakfast was not worth paying for it.. other than that the staff were super friendly and helpful.. I had a great stay and enjoyed it.. location is premium..

We walk past this hotel all the time in fells and decided to check it out for the night instead of driving home.. it was nice.. the long journey to find the room was a bit confusing but it was very authentic with its history and the Cafe was lovely.. some of the rooms can use an upgrade but it still had some charm.
