Auction purchasing of a home with AJ Billing was a challenge but now I know the general nuances of buying Baltimore City property. Tip for buying. Do NOT bid before the timer runs out. All your doing is jumping your own price. You also won't know if it's the auction house pushing up the bids instead of actual people. Also, the timer resets every bid under 1 minute so...again. Don't jack up your own bids. Look for the auctions without buyers premium and if you do not believe in Interest/Ribaa/Usury. You have to pay the full balance of the auction sale to avoid the 8% interest charges on the unpaid balance (Always read the Terms and Conditions and fine print before you sign ☢️)!!! Overall, a great experience. The only gripe I have is One House At A Time (buying property from the city) requires you to wait until they finish the court process so that you can take ownership of the property. This takes about 8 MONTHS!!). After you finish the purchase, make sure that you secure the property from vandals or destruction...but don't bother until your under contract or your could be wasting money for no reason.

The auctioneer has relation with specific buyer, 162 Edmondson Ave,Baltimore,MD,21228, in last round he did not say first round,second round,third round. He directly announced the special buyer win the bidding. I stand together with special buyer to bid. He said he was the boss of this company, he did not care my complaint. I never see such trash company!!
