A and M was a pleasure to work with! I had a lot of difficulty figuring out which washer and dryer would fit in my Baltimore rowhome. They were very understanding and helped me make it work even though the first unit I ordered didn't fit. I plan to use A and M services for my future appliance needs.

NEVER, EVER TRUST THEM!!! I was referred by a family member who has several rental properties. Before driving there yesterday, I called several times but did not get an answer. I drove and arrived just before closing. I purchased my refrigerator with my bank credit card and left.When I returned home, I saw where they charged me twice. Today, I had to drive all the way back because they never answered the phone. The owner was not there and the employee had to call him. He said that it was, "my bank's error" which it wasn't. I've been using the same bank for 20+ years and never had any problems. But what was worst, when I told the owner I called several times but no answer, the employee kept loud talking and interrupting saying, "SHE'S LYING"; "SHE'S LYING. I couldn't believe it. I then called the number that I called SEVERAL TIMES. and the phone in her hand rang!!!!. I then told him I wan ALL my money back immediately. I will refuse the refrigerator if they try to deliver it. They are UNETHICAL LIARS AND CON ARTISTS. DO NOT USE THEM

Just had our washer repaired very good service. The technician explained and showed us what was wrong with the machine. Technician was very polite and friendly. Repair was also inexpensive. Very good experience with this company.if need anymore repairs they will be the ones I call to have work done.

Bought a Cafe dishwasher and Cafe gas stove from this store about a month ago. Brought them home and installed the gas stove that night. The interior lights weren’t going off as if the door was open, which it was not. Not only was I frustrated, but I wrongfully thought I was going to be screwed out of my money. I called the next day in the morning and a repair technician was sent out literally within 45 minutes of calling. The technician pointed out that the sensor was busted and repaired it within 10-15 minutes, explaining everything he was doing. I honestly am so impressed with the pricing, quality and service of this business. I would recommend friends and family to look here without hesitation. Thank you so much for your quality service and products.

I have purchased several appliances from this establishment for myself, rental property and family members. I was really pleased until my last encounter. We(my daughter and I) purchased a dryer after plugging it up on Friday, we tested it out with 5 garments to dry. The dryer was making some loud noise and it took 2 cycles to dry 5 garments. We called the store back and request for a replacement. They were supposed to deliver the replacement on Monday. Monday at 3:00pm, I technician called and said he was 5 minutes away from my residence. As of today, which is Tuesday we still do not have a REPLACEMENT so I stopped into the store. According to them, they came and REPAIRED the dryer yesterday. I have cameras on the outside of my house...front and back they did not come to my house to repair anythingand that was not the agreement. They were supposed to REPLACE IT. Very disappointed with this company and they lost a good customer.

Recently visited the Baltimore Ave location in Laurel, Maryland. Very pleased with the customer service and patience to explain and answer questions. Jessica gets the credit for that! She was patient, knowledgeable and never pushed us to buy. Just based on her excellent customer service in the store, I will return and send friends there. Had my appliances delivered today so I Will post another review later on these appliances.

I was in the need of a new washer and dryer for my home, asked about machines on pedestals and they showed me two models. I purchased the Grey set and scheduled delivery the next day. The team came removed my old units, setup the new ones and left. I was washing and drying that same night. Great customer service and delivery. Jackie the sales person even helped me download the manuals. Great job guys.
