Both myself and a second person knocked on the door and no one answered (around 12:45 and 12:50am). The guy was literally within 5 feet of the door with headphones in, which obviously made in worse because it’s possible that he may have chosen to ignore us. Why advertise that a location is 24 hours of it’s not and/or a staff member is going to ignore customers at the door?
Edit: so I went to the door again, and the attendant made the universal sign for “We are closed.“ Which is fine, but Google says that this location is 24 hours, and there is no sign on the door noting what the specific hours of the location are. If you were going to have hours that are not 24 hours, they should be clearly listed both on the door and online.

They are not open 24 7 at night time 11 30 to 12 i tried to stop by the worker always ignores ppl and locks the door so u cant actually go in . Can they stop lyong about thier hours of thwy arent open 24 7

Very bad experience tonight at 2am the store is supposed to be open all night. The guy is in front of the glass sees a girl saying hi a asking for when it will be open in the middle of the night and just looks at me with indifference multiple times. At first I thought he didn’t see me but he was deliberately acting like this.

Google and Apple Maps say it is open but the door is locked and no one answered when I knocked.

This is a pretty nice store as 7-Eleven locations go. The owner and staff at this location are generally very nice and helpful about their services and offerings.

Ahmed refused to let me in at 12a then came outside for a smoke at 12:30. He was very aggressive and said I was trying to steal from him despite being a neighborhood local that frequents this location. He insisted the store was closed until 5AM despite this never being the case previously. This employee, Ahmed, seems to be a newer face who felt that lying so he could do his cleaning routine was prudent.

The staff at this location are very helpful. I went in to buy a soda and found out . They have an ATM machine in the back. That's very convenient for me in Baltimore Maryland. ?️

Would highly recommend going to another store down the road - RoFo perhaps. The front desk person was quite rude and unhelpful. He didn’t let me to use my rewards app but wouldn’t give a reason why. Came across shady. Avoid this store if you can.
