I had a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this 7-Eleven location. After patiently waiting my turn, I watched the sales associate bag items for other customers ahead of me. But when it came time for my transaction — I was purchasing 8 cold-pressed juices — he failed to bag (4) of my juices After completing the payment, he immediately walked away from the register without saying a word or offering any assistance. I then waited for him to come back to bag the remaining juices.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being discriminated against. The difference in treatment was obvious and disheartening. I was left to gather my items alone, with no explanation, no bag, and no basic courtesy.
This is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate, and I will also be reaching out to my attorney to explore my options regarding this matter. No one deserves to be treated this way.
7-Eleven, you must do better.

Ten black kids standing at the entry door blocking people from entering and leaving while the cashier just stood there watching without asking them to leave. Soda machine never works. They never sell money orders or lottery tickets after a certain time and there's always a panhandler out front. The is not the Hampden I remember.

Always closed past 11, super rude about it too, despite the fact that their hours say open 24hrs like every other 711 in the country.

I ask for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and 1 of cheese. Angry, the boy pointed out that I could only order either only cheese or only pepperoni.

This is the 2nd time that I've come to this 7-11 that is allegedly open 24hrs only for it to be closed. The first time I came was around 1am Thursday and now, it is 5:20am on a Sunday.

Not open 24 hours. Stopped by multiple times over the past couple weeks. Each time after midnight. Doors locked and employee inside moping floor telling me they are closed. Wish they would update their hours to reflect actual hours of operation. Other than that, good store, no complaints.

It's a one-stop place when you're on the road or need a quick snack for lunch! They're one of the last places still open 24/7/365! Which these days is hard to come by!! The late night early am guy is named Eric. He's so friendly and helpful and always makes you feel like he truly cares about you and your work day or your road trip! The more you get to know him, the more you'll feel like family!! I feel it wouldn't hurt for them to12ŵpwwqqeòprŕŕ⁴⁴4ŕ 14th þ expand on their carry out food counter. I know what they have to eat is tasty & perfectly sized for ĵhdrivers! Also, it is perfectly sized for the smaller hands in our lives! So whether or not you're on a road trip or just need a gallon of milk or a loaf, a chapstick or feeling lucky and think, "why not get myself a scratch off or lottery ticket, 711 is open anytime you need anything for whatever reason this is a good one-stop shop!
