The second we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The employee, Eric, I believe, was very sweet and welcoming to us and provided us with great costumer service. Even wished my mom a happy birthday. Top tier experience, 10/10. Thanks, Eric.

The store is messy. Ive seen them leave their freezer room open and left opened pizzas sitting on a box not 1 foot off the ground, unattended. As well as trays of donuts. Food made in store with torn wrapping still on the shelves. There are always vagrants loitering around the door. They even sweep and hold the door open for you,( which to me implies that the owners/management support this behavior) only to watch what you purchase so they can harass you as you leave. Always asking for money but if they notice you buying cigarettes they'll ask you for those too. If you deny that you carry cash on you or that you have any tobacco products on you they get agitated and rude with you. They also ask for rides and respond the same way to denials. With hostility. Why would anyone let alone a women on her own feel safe in this enviroment? All that doesn't even mention the over pricing within the store. I will no longer be frequenting this business, which means I will have to travel further to an establishment in a worse area but atleast the prices are lower, they have deals on products, and the vagrants do not harass me there so long as I go during the day. Which is not the case here. You would think that this business being at such a busy intersection would care more for the appearance and care of their customers but I've come to notice that that's not the case.

I came to this 7/11 they didnt accept google pay and i ask cashier if there was any other way to pay . And he told me no i ask him if i could use cash app or zelle the cashier was a guy and there was another spanish lady in there i saw a latino customer going in to buy something i ask him if he could help me but he denied due to my self having long hair and coming out of work i was starving a little bit try to buy some quick snacks so after the spanish lady who works at 7/11 convinced the latino guy customer to help me due to she hear me i was coming out of work long story short i was able to buy my snacks thanks to the spanish lady for being humble and not juding people at a first sight she should be come a manager and needs a race.Latina girl name ginna, i dont know im im writing right . But that's her nameI hope the other guy gets called to fix his attitude and not judge people at a first sight.It happend at 3:00pmIm giving 5 stars due to the latina lady worker other wise for the guy he get 2 star

Just door dashed wings from here at 11:20pm and they are so hard you could knock someone out with them. You should be ashamed. I know it's only $7 but you shouldn't be giving food to anyone that's been sitting out that long. I have a video on my fb page under my name!

The people that work here are always very pleasant. The store is always well stocked and the food is always fresh. There is plenty of well lit parking as well.

I made a mistake on reviewing 7-Eleven one time before to correct by mistake both 7-Elevens I go to are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week the 7-Eleven I I choose is on Belle Grove Road and Ritchie Highway very kind people always have everything I need just all around seems like a mom and pop shop because the employees are so kind and caring

I love 711 coffee I used to only go to Royal farms the employees are not too friendly the speak with a nasty attitude I am a customer who comes in at least 3 times a day I have called corporate and made a few complaints and as I noticed nothing has been done to change.

This 7-Eleven does nothing to stop people from harassing its customers! They're always piled up around the entrance door. This establishment should take steps to remove them! Customers do not want to be accosted for money every time they walk near the door!
