Awful...we need to purge America of these horrid gas station/7-11 franchises that i believe the owners purposefully run into the ground and just live off gasoline fuel money!!! Somewhere in Ohio, a Pakistani hierarchy of familial leaders...are still opening and looking to promote selling their cheap gas at every franchised opportunity! Shut them down somehow!!! Maryland needs to start a new business owner grant or similar sort of system to allow me, a Maryland-born native Baltimorian, w/my years and years of expertise in daily/non-daily ordering of products (based on 7-Eleven's simple easy to use tablet software), scheduling equipment maintenance, utilizing proper vendor communication skills and more to ensure the profits made from an esteemed 7-eleven location w/heavy foot traffic, would not only be the meager gains from fuel sales, but overall store profit, especially coffee/fountain soda and tobacco gains...these 3 products, humorously are all forms /types of fuel...we need that drag, or morning/evening caffeinated hot or cold beverage more than anything and those cravings and needs should be your primary directive in making your store transform from a former abomination surrounded by walls and a roof...into its intended purpose...a nice convenience shop location for snack or smoke! Basically you suck at store management bro...I ran a huge one in west Baltimore with a large gas station...what are you doing? You need help? Hire me n ill turn your store around! We can even do a under the table check or whatever you feel works best. I'd personally prefer that, as the IRS is mankind's enemy and doesn't need to ever know me. I'm here to help you...as your store is in dire need of aid...as it appears from the outside looking in...but maybe I'm wrong and you are raking it in, rather than writing off half your expired stock that a foolish manager or assistant manager incorrectly ordered...get it together man!

Dirty Nasty Horrible Customer Service! The Health Department Should Give them a visit however I should have reminded myself that If the location was in a different area we would be treated differently! It’s really sad our money spends the same! If it was up to me they wouldn’t get any stars period! ? management should be ashamed but nothing will be done of course because it’s the inner city!

Fire the entire staff and hire new people. People with a basic respect for individuals. The guy that’s there during the day especially needs to be fired. He’s gonna get himself hurt one day.

How can I contact the Corporate office for 7-Eleven. Staff bad service here I just ask for 5 single mega million just now the print out what he wanted. Told him that nothing I wanted. I just ask for 5 quick pick mega million. He just told me to leave. I even showed him my ticket in what mean. Now I know why a lot of your 7-Eleven are shutting down like McDonald's are doing.This need to get to Corporate.He always be on the lift side clean cut Always wear hat this happened today at 3:39 or 3:40 pm today. No reason for him to do this to no one. I'm still thinking about getting a lawyer about this.
