I used to like this place, but sometimes the lady on front is rude!! So I went today and ordered quesabirrias and 4 barcacoa tacos,quesabirrias were fine but the tacos were gross and they just gave us 2 tacos with meat,we called back to complain and the lady who serve me hang up on me saying that we must dropped it.when my bf had the food in his lap till get home,if u guys are rushing to closed it's not my problem. I pay for the food, and u served us cold tortillas?? Seem like u heated in the microwave. I would like to go tomorrow and complain with the manager or something because the lady on the phone was so rude and hung up on us twice!!!

So my gf went today and bought 4 barbacoa tacos and quesabirrias.
And when we got home they just give us 2 tacos with meat and no meat in the others. So I called to let them know. And the lady was so rude saying that she handled to my gf and she may droppedd on our way back and she hang up. I had to call back coz it was a lie I had the food in my lap the whole way in the car. Not just that the tortillas were cold seem like they were rushing to close that they heated on microwave. I have ?

I had a great experience at 5 de Mayo! The customer service was wonderful, everyone was friendly, and the selection is amazing. I especially loved the flan and chorizo taco. I will be back.

This Sunday, I called at 5:50 am to order breakfast, the chubby cook who answered, very arrogant and spoiled, told me that my breakfast would be at 6:20, because I had called very early and they heated the rice and beans in the microwave in 1 minute the eggs don't even take 3 minutes to cook by the way he said they were busy but there were no customers passing by the egg came out burnt a shame for the owners that their employees are spoiled and don't know how to serve customers I liked the place but after I will not return from this

The way they speak to you is very abrupt and without respect. They need to be a little nicer. One spends more than $100 for them to be rude, I don't think it's fair.
