My surface fell and the screen shattered. I went to ubreakifix and they were unable to do anything because they didn't know if they can get the screen. I went to best buy and they stated they couldn't do anything. I heard of this place through a friend that goes here for all their IT needs so I gave them a try. The owner was very pleasant and worked with me to drop off my surface and had it looking brand new in 2 days. I will be using them for all my IT needs

I reach out for a Website to be created not only did he not do it to my liking for the business but he had no idea on how to create the Website for a hair salon he then used a trail Promotion that expires on 9/24 which I have no access to ..Very Bad Experience...He was not able to provide me a layout and kept my money

I know there aren't much reviews here - but give this man a chance. I took a chance and did not end up disappointed. I had an issue with my MacBook Air. Apple couldn't do anything and many of the 3rd party services couldn't do anything either. 27Solutions was not only able to solve my issue, but they did so the same day. I found my new tech guy!

My daughter's macbook was busted for months but she was heading off to college and we had to get it fixed. I was going to invest in a new one but found 27Solutions on IG. I had a mini phone consultation and they picked up the computer. (How awesome is that?) They updated me every step of the way. The computer was done within days. I really love the concierge service. It's appreciated in this fast-paced life. Their prices are great. Totally worth the money. I doubt you'll find a better price. If you need prompt service, this is your company. They also sell computers. This company is the best and I'll use them in the future.
