What I liked most about this place was the veterinarian. He truly understands our cat's needs and knows which medications will help, explaining everything clearly. The waiting area and exam room were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Dr. Bernstein and the staff at Long Green are AMAZING and extremely professional. I was astounded by their level of knowledge about ear issues in cats, and how dedicated they were to helping us understand what our cat’s ear issue could be and what was happening during his surgery. I highly recommend Long Green and would gladly trust them with my animal’s care again in the future.

Dr. Bernstein was wonderful with my yorkiepoo Brie. She had so many allergies. Thank for all you did for her. She passed in April 2022.

The receptionist and technician/assistant were wonderful. The appointment was a total waste of time and money. No questions answered, given a handout that 'explains everything.'

My dog was on allergy drops for just a short while. He began to get more itchy while on the drops, so I was told by one of the staff members to stop the drops and then was told to get another opinion from another dermatologist elsewhere. Dr. Bernstein didn’t take the time to call me and check to see how my dog was doing, neither did he talk with me about other options that we could possibly take together. I felt that this was not very caring on compassionate. I just want my dog to feel better. After I requested for him to give me a call, he declined and told me that he would no longer be caring for my dog. We are very hurt that he would just push our dog away.

3 stars bc they are the only allergist in the area so beggars can't be choosers and the front desk staff is very friendly. Saw the female vet. Left with a decent bill, some antibiotic cream and no testing or answers which is what we came for. So all in all... I could have had a V8 instead.

Great office, kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff. My cat is like a demon usually but she did super well at this office and had no issues. I also like how up front they are with the cost before the visit. It makes it less of a shock. Highly recommend this place

This is way long overdue for me to write and post, but Long Green was an absolute Godsend for our beloved Chico for literally his entire life. Without LG, I don't know what we would've done. It was that bad. But Dr. Bernstein & staff took great care of him his entire life, and we are forever grateful. They were always professional, compassionate and so responsive.
