Dan, was the first contact, scheduled a free estimate, described what we needed, and scheduled the job. Brian the gentleman arrived early (nice surprise) and started the job right away. Not only did he prepare the area for the new install railing, Brian also was kind enough to grind down remnants of the old railing that had rotted away, to give a finished look to the cement.The installation process was quick and clean, left the front cement steps looking great. So very happy the the results. Slightly more expensive then previous quotes, but definitely worth the quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“I went to this location to purchase two packages of GB Gardner Bender Split Flex Tubing 10' x 3/8" & 1/2". Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted with a genuine smile and "Hello." In fact, every team member that I encountered was friendly and asked if I needed help! This was a refreshing change from most Home Depot where the associates see a customer approaching and make a B line like a bat out of hell. Even worse, you do catch one and they are miserable, mad at the world and act as if you are bothering them! I elected to skip the self-checkout kiosks and went to Zachary, Cashier in the Pro Depot. Zachary greeted me with a nice smile and a warm greeting. He quickly entered my Pro number, processed my items and billed me out. Overall, this location has awesome team members, is clean and well stocked and organized. Kudos to all of the team members here for providing a refreshing customer service experience! I will definitely return to this location when I am in the area.”

“I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!”

“I want to acknowledge the Customer Service young man by the name of JoJo at the Parkville location. JoJo, addressed an issue for refunding and crediting funds back to a credit card. The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.
