“Just got back from TSC and my guy Will went above and beyond to lock down a $35 sale, which I think qualifies as top notch service.
Like everyone else, I wanted a 16'x50" cattle panel to use in the garden but I have an SUV without a roof rack and so conventional wisdom is "it ain't happening". Will walked me out to the panels anyway and I said I had a plan to cut the panel in half and then do some creative folding. Rather than saying "you're on your own dude", Will said "let me go get some bolt cutters". Next thing you know I got a cattle panel in the back of a Rav4 without a scratch.
If you want to know how to do it, and don't mind cutting the panel into 8' lengths: you need zip ties, a 4' long board, at least 40" wide x 30" high x 50" deep space in the back of your SUV, some towels, and Will from TSC in Rosedale.”
“This is my favorite Home Depot location, been going here for years. They always have their items in stock. They have the best selection of wood and very attentive staff, if needed. I wish all Home Depot stores were as well run as this one.”

Mr Blaise, and the lady at Pro desk (whose name I don't recall, but I'll try to place it here next time) literally got me out the stress. Sometimes it's just the little things that make customer service outstanding. Keep up the good work!??”

“I went to this location to purchase two packages of GB Gardner Bender Split Flex Tubing 10' x 3/8" & 1/2". Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted with a genuine smile and "Hello." In fact, every team member that I encountered was friendly and asked if I needed help! This was a refreshing change from most Home Depot where the associates see a customer approaching and make a B line like a bat out of hell. Even worse, you do catch one and they are miserable, mad at the world and act as if you are bothering them! I elected to skip the self-checkout kiosks and went to Zachary, Cashier in the Pro Depot. Zachary greeted me with a nice smile and a warm greeting. He quickly entered my Pro number, processed my items and billed me out. Overall, this location has awesome team members, is clean and well stocked and organized. Kudos to all of the team members here for providing a refreshing customer service experience! I will definitely return to this location when I am in the area.”
“I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!”

“JW Calvert installed a replacement railing and new handrail on our exterior basement stairwell. This was part of a larger masonry project and they were subcontracted by Louis Sebastian Masonry. We are very pleased with our new railing. The old wrought iron railing was rusted out and broken through at one of the bases. Our masonry contractor removed the old railing and filled in the base holes. JW Calvert came in after a few days and installed a new black aluminum railing and handrail. Brian, the installer, was very personable and meticulous in his work - he did a wonderful job. Our new railing is a little higher than our old one, which makes it safer. The aluminum is lighter in weight than the old wrought iron but feels just as sturdy to the touch. It has the added benefit of being longer lasting than wrought iron. I would recommend JW Calvert for railing projects.”
