Convenience Stores in Aspen Hill, MD

“This is a very convenient CVS for me. It is just a few shops down from the Five Below store and in the middle of the same shopping plaza as the Giant grocery store. There are plenty of parking spaces in this shopping plaza. This store is like any of the other CVS stores near me with 2 self checkout stations just to the right of the door upon entering. I use them most of the time. I like to have a quick & easy exit once I've found what I need. My extra care coupons and bucks on my cvs.com account have been taken off the total bill automatically once the pay button has been selected. Scanning the paper versions of these when necessary has also been easy. I usually shop here only when there's a good sale price on something or if I have really good coupons and extra care bucks. The prices at CVS tend to be higher than what I'd pay at a Target store for the same health, beauty, snack & grocery items. The employees that I have interacted with and observed have been helpful, efficient & friendly. As CVS corporate is closing down the CVS store closest to my home in December I will have to choose a new CVS pharmacy location to get my medicine refilled at. This store would be a very acceptable choice. I do have a suggestion that would help convince me to do so. I am looking for a store that I can regularly buy a bag of Take Five fun size candy bars! “I giving it 4 stars despite being discriminated today by the manager “Mohamed” at 5pm-6pm. I came in dressed casually to use the microwave and the manager stalked me and went out of his way to ask aggressively “can I help you”. I’ve gotten this treatment before because of how I look. And even though I look amazing not everyone thinks so. And I am aware. However his behavior is still unprofessional and discriminatory and for a manager he should be ashamed of himself for harrasing someone who peacefully came to use the microwave and possibly purchase something else. I’ve consumed here many times with my wife. And the service has gotten better with the new staff so congrats! there’s white girl there who is rude but efficient and courteous. And hopefully they fired the Asian guy. That guy was so incompetent,rude and RACIST. They are all brave becauee of their panic button. Because in a different setting they wouldn’t act like this. Anyways,do the manager at around 5-6pm today March 4th,2023. Viciously approached me and made me feel very uncomfortable. The cashier there a black lady was friendlier and she usually is. I hope they promote her. She even apologized got her managers actions. This is the type of people who should be in management not D heads like that. I understand the idea of being careful especially due to the circumstances. But to be that aggressive and harass people based on how they look like. Nomatter how clean and nice they are is just WRONG and UNPROFESSIONAL. Not too mention I’ve consumed here before. Again I’ve seen improvement in the staff. So keep going! but do talk to that manager. I’ve seen worst but that attitude is unacceptable. Something tells me he would act exactly the same way if I talked to him in a different setting these people usually have that hate or bad teachings from their homes or environments!”

“I have visited this pharmacy many times and had a very pleasant experience every time. Their pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are very good especially Alexis Kodjo and Ken Smith. They are efficient, helpful, and nice.I received a text message that they received my prescription within 10 minutes of my physician's call and then my prescription was ready within next 15 minutes--how efficient.Their cashier are equally good. I had equally good experience with Dahana.”
