After a ton of issues with our mail carrier and submitted reports of these issues, I received calls from two different people from the USPS and our route who helped get the issue resolved.If you have problems, make sure you put something into writing. Our past attempts at walking in to the post office and complaining were treated more like whining than an actual complaint, but as soon as I submitted a formal written complaint on the USPS website, the issue was taken care of, and both people I spoke to were compassionate and helpful.

The worst possible experience every time we have problems with our mail delivery. We live about a quarter mile from this office and receive other people's mail at least three days a week and god knows how much of our mail has never been delivered for the same reason.When you complain, everyone shrugs and apologizes and says "it's a contracted route." They literally do zero to be helpful when we've had hundreds of dollars of merchandise delivered to the wrong house, delivered damaged, or not delivered at all. Whether it's a USPS employee or a contractor, someone has to be able to do something when our mail is so consistently mishandled but they don't even pretend to try.

An item sent to the local branch was re-routed back to the location that was sent from; now with the local post office mistake, they changed the delivery date of the item. No complaints! I went to get a passport for myself ! No one was in the office and the lady working was extremely friendly and helpful. You obviously need to go with the items states on state department website and you're good to go. If you don't go prepared well that's on you not the poor people working there. I've heard complaints, but that's only when the people applying aren't doing what they're supposed to. Yes the post office takes your birth certificate, it's required don't be mad at them for that. They do not accept credit card as payment, but like I said it clearly states that on website, and reminder appointment email. The also take passport photos here, BUT go to Costco and save money! It's only $5 there vs $15 everywhere else! This post office was very clean and had plenty of parking, we did go at one on a Friday so maybe that's a good time to go! Once I get the passports and all my important documents back I will be a very happy camper! Never like that part, but it was you have to do! I always dread going to the post office but this one was awesome!

They’re machine for debit cards does not work so make sure you bring cash, I found out pretty annoyingly.

Very quick service most of the time. They are quick to add an extra person if the lines are long or slow. Friendly, smiling people behind the counter. I have heard horror stories of customer service at places but not here!
