Really less than 1 star. None of the technicians are good at doing pedicures. Cindy did my dip powder manicure on 6/1. The tips started lifting and popping off on Monday. One week later and only two tips remain. She didn't want to redo my nails. Cindy wants me to pay her to redo them because it's been 1 week. And typical of nail salons it's fault that the nails last. She kept asking me what were you doing you have your hands in lots of water. SMH. I'm done with these places not valuing my time and money. My money spends the same as Becky's. Cindy you don't have to worry about me ever stepping foot in your business again.

STAY AWAY. This use to be my go to place for basic acrylic nails and gel polish. The can’t do anything fancy. Got my nails done Friday, Saturday afternoon, broken nail. Monday, broken nail. Tuesday, another broken nail. I spent $20 to get the first 2 nails fixed. The third one I decided to go back and complain and get my nails fixed for free. Nancy, #9 always has excuses when it’s poor work by the tech. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for a refill. It was a good run, you have been warned.

I always go as a walk-in and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. My daughter and I have gone to Kelly and Joanne for a gel manicure and both do a great, clean job! I highly recommend coming here.

I walked in the day after Christmas with no appointment and the ladies took me in with just a few minutes wait. The customer service was nice and friendly, very attentive. Unfortunately, the results didn't last. I had my nail tech remove my dip and use gel instead, which personally usually lasts only a week on me. I know this and just needed a manicure to hold me over until I got back home in a week, so I chose a simple nail. By the next day my gel nails started chipping despite putting gloves on to do household chores. And today, not even two days later after my shower the top coat is peeling and another nails is trying to break. I wish the services matched the customer service and cleanliness I experienced in the nail salon.

I regret to say that my experience at this nail establishment was nothing short of a manicure nightmare. The technician's excessive repetition of dip powder applications left my nails resembling lumpy marbles.The pre-manicure preparation was disorganized, to say the least, with one of my fingers ending up bleeding – a painful reminder of the lack of attention to detail. Not once, but twice did the UV lamp carelessly meet my wet nails, forcing the technician to painstakingly redo her work. It is not clear to me that she had received proper training, if any.

MannnnIf you want ANYTHING relating to Acrylic- don't go here! I cant speak for everything else but i can guarantee if it's even related to acrylic, this is not the place at all. All i wanted was to get my acrylics removed. She started with a drill she clearly didn't know what to do with and hold. She drilled at a weird angle that it started to hurt/burn my actual nail. And while she was drilling the acrylic, she was drilling my actual nail so all the progress I made for my real nails from having the acrylic on was gone. All i'm saying is if they don't know how to handle drilling just to remove acrylic then I wouldn't even want to imagine how they are when they actually have to do a full set of acrylic. ALSO i still have acrylic on my nails..........the only thing I wanted (acrylic off) and they couldn't do that. Like i said though- i'm only speaking for acrylic things related; i don't know about the other work they do so they might be good at those but acrylics isn't one of their abilities. I've never given a review but this is just something I had to speak on.

I absolutely love the customer service here! It’s a great environment and peaceful. Came here a few times and never had a problem with anything. I always get what I ask for and the workers are sweet. Will definitely be my usual nail shop choice from now on.Services: Pedicure

I received the absolute WORST manicure I’ve ever had. First of all, the technician did not remove all of my old dip powder prior to starting the new manicure. So of course; it came out thick, bumpy and uneven. She did not file my nails, so they came out uneven and slanted. She did about 7 coats of dip powder (probably to cover the bumps from the old manicure underneath) so they are thick and gross looking. The back side of my nails is stuck to my skin and there is a ton of powder, dead skin, and clear coat stuck under my nails.Lastly- she put two coats of gel on top of the dip powder which I’ve never seen done before- and it’s not something that I wanted. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!Services: Manicure

I give the device one star for the neighborhood this establishment is it not to have refreshments or champagne. I got a gel full set for my birthday and it came out cheap looking. They don't have a big opi section which is typically my go to. The service is ok being as though this establishment is 2 min from my house.

This place is unfortunately quite gross and very dirty inside, nail crumbs everywhere and dirty towels. Years ago it was nice but it must be under new management. Very unprofessional and terrible manicure, very sloppy and clumpy. Super disappointing, will never be back

I have been getting dip powder manicures for 3 years. I recently moved to the area and decided to try Ashton Nails for my latest dip manicure. I knew as soon as they did my nails that it was not the best. The edges were uneven and they used the electric filer to shape my cuticles which cut me. However, all of that would have been fine but about 2.5 weeks after my manicure the nail polish came straight off one of my nails to reveal a nail fungus had grown. I immediately got the rest of the polish removed and now 3 more nails have fungus. This has never happened before. I am furious because now I may have to have my nails looking like this for my wedding in a month. Bottom line - DO NOT GO HERE!

I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I picked the matching gel and regular nail polish color set but it ended up not matching in colors. They charged $5 extra for shaping my nails to coffin. I noticed she was cutting my cuticles after applying the nail polish and she used a drill to trim my cuticles on my natural nails.

Love it! Got my extensions done day and i absolutely love it. Im a nail biter so to try and fix that i wanted to give extensions a try. All the designs she did for my nails was no less than perfection!
