Horrible service!!!!! They don't care or even want to help anyone ! I see what this place has all these bad reviews! Save your time and go to Broadneck Pharmacy where they are overly helpful!

Store is okay. Do NOT use their pharmacy if you are on any sort of schedule!! They are either not there, will not answer the phone, or will have you waiting a long time on prescriptions (that were called in days ago). If you have nothing else to do, you will love waiting for any and all prescriptions. Recommend finding a smaller, more responsive pharmacy, this one is NOT it.

Nice enough Walgreens. I was having my prescriptions filled here because of its convenient location for me but ended up switching pharmacies after a couple consecutive instances of my prescription being delayed about a week. Luckily in those times I still had enough meds to take me through to the eventual refill but it's not something that I don't particularly want to be worrying about and frankly it's not something that I NEED to be worrying about since the pharmacy I switched to (Arnold Professional Pharmacy) has not so far had this problem. No problems with the staff, and the store itself is well kept for the most part. I also received my COVID booster shot here

Since the beginning I have always had a positive experience. I utilize the automatic refills. The rare times a medication wasn’t available, it was ordered right away. I know at busy times it can be an extended wait. But hello. Still a pandemic guys! Keep up the good work staff. It doesn’t always go unrecognized! Stay safe!

Age 76 Very sick couldn't make the online Covid 19 appointment site work went to store took manager 20 min to input all the trivia and finally couldn't give me an appointment for a \"rapid\" test for 2 days!!! She could have done 10 tests in the time to fill out these forms with 50 questions. Frustrating and abusive store policy. No wonder Covid running rampant in USA.

Arrived at 8:01PM to pickup a prescription I needed for my daughter. Pharmacist refused to sell it even though I had just spoken to them. I got sent to another store. Pharmacy was well closed and locked down. Clearly they closed early. This pharmacy has gone down hill since Walgreens took over and it was horrible even beforehand.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. I've gone there 4 times and each time they are out of my medicine. At one point they couldn't even find my prescription. In the same breath they claim they had to wait for my insurance to approve it. If you want your prescription in a timely manner my suggestion is to go to a different place. I have always seen bad reviews of this place and no I can see why. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very slow to answer the phone (typically 30 minutes). The website provides false information. It promised rapid covid test but store only offers pcr.

I've been sitting here FOREVER. It's just as bad as CVS. I thought I'd give this place a try because CVS in Arnold is abysmal, but it looks like I need to keep looking.

The worst place to get prescriptions! Does anyone work or are they always on a lunch break? Sit in the drive thru for 20 mins and no car has moved. Just absolute poor service!!
