“Was picking up my prescriptions (Kat Holmes) at this pharmacy today around 4:15 pm and I witnessed both of the pharmacy technicians being extremely patient with older customers that just couldn’t understand that they could not get the refill before it’s time, that a signature was required and that the amount that is charged has to do with their insurance. We had two lines due to the amount of customers and while we watched and waited for these older individuals to question, be impatient, confused and finish at the counter, I was very impressed that Jordan, who waited on me and the other technician, younger and I believe glasses (?), both female, were patient, kind and didn’t miss a beat with the next customers. Thank you!”
