Have been taking my BMW to Jeff for years and am about to take our Jeep Grand Cherokee to him for its first brake job. Jeff is a genuinely nice and honest person who does 'superior' work at very reasonable prices. Can't say that about any other auto mechanic I've used over many years.Services: Electrical

Great shop run by a fantastic owner. Integrity is a quality I highly value and struggle to find; Geoff has it in abundance. Will take all my future BMW and Volvo issues to B & A in the future.One tip...when you go there drive a bit slowly on the roadway. Look for the sign but understand the shop is a good 200 yards up the hill in the industrial park, not at the roadside.I think they will stay at 5 stars for quite a while...

I don't recommend this shop to anyone it's really high on labor more than the dealer $ 385 labor for replacing motor mount and air filter and air boot plus he charge $100 extra on the parts total of $690.90 this is too much plus his invoice is not showing the rate for the labor

You feel like a member of their family it is so easy. I have been to B&A a few times at the recommendation of a colleague who is a "car snob" ... to say his recommendation (he is not a Yelper) should hold weight is an understatement. Each time I have been in the things wrong with my car have been fixed by the magical touch of Geoff and for a fraction of the price it would be elsewhere. The fixes were done on time and within the budget we discussed. I find it refreshing that as you talk through things about the car advice is provided that does not inflate the bill, but will produce a better all around experience. Said differently i have each time been talked out of doing things I thought should be done then and have never regretted the decision. I would not hesitate to call upon Geoff again for any automotive challenges I might have.

My back brakes started grinding and I needed to have my car looked at ASAP. Jeff was able to fit me in the next business day, and did a fantastic job. He also fixed a few other issues, and I was able to pick my car up the next day. I highly recommend B&A Imports, the prices and professionalism can’t be beat!

Called Jeff about a hitch installation for a bike rack. The service was excellent from the initial call through the installation. We set a time, estimated the time for installation and quoted a price. Everything went better than expected. I will definitely return for future services!
