“I was very hesitant using a place like Midas coming from a small family owned garage I used for 20+ years but have grown unsatisfied with. I just always heard horror stories of franchises like that for cars but this location received decent reviews so I gave it a try. I have been there three times now for oil changes with two different vehicles. I appreciate the fair pricing, friendly customer service and prompt and timely finishing of the job while I wait for my car. Every person there I have encountered has been super friendly and accommodating and coupons are usually offered without me having to ask if there are any available. I hope they will be just as competent with bigger issues!”

Went to Bay Area tires after coming through the Dunkin line and the prices were not a huge difference of other places but definitely more convenient. Scheduled an appt for the next day. Took my truck in the next day. Got tires, Alignment and warranty. I was in and out within an hr and a half.”

“Amazing shop to work with. My family and I were on a cross country tour when my drivetrain decided to stop cooperating in Baltimore. I called around to 3 different shops, and A-One was the middle of the road price point. However, they were the only shop out of the three willing to get me the low mileage transmission I thought I needed for my vehicle.Then David, called me and informed me it wasn't the trans, but instead the driveline that had failed. He had already ordered the replacement part, I asked about a transmission service, and an oil change as well. They did the whole job for about the same price as Audi quoted me for just an oil change and a trans service.Great shop, employees are awesome, very communicative, and super timely. What I previously presumed, was me being overcharged was really just miscommunication. Sure, I got charged and extra $30, but upon further investigation, discovered, I got way more material and labor than we originally bargained for in the quote. Different day, different technician, different end result. 30 bucks, so what! You should hear what the previous guy was asking, to repair my exhaust system. “10 years after my first review, and newer old car later, I can still say the service is top notch. Last week I dropped off for service due to a "rattle" which had been diagnosed by a sub-par team at pep boys Ritchie Hwy as needing a new air compressor ($$$$). The team at Moore realized this was not at all the problem and fixed my belt tensioner same day. Alas, only a few days later (again my ride is not a new new vehicle, but one with "only" about 95000 miles) the passenger side window failed. Moore, again, was able to make the repair in a day, getting me safely back on the road. Chris was in constant communication and was so considerate and understanding.”
