“On a Friday evening, my serpentine belt happened to snap on the way home. Luckily, my car was able to make it to Jiffy Lube. The guys there quickly found the problem, but there wasn't a belt that would fit my car in the shop. Not only did they order the part, they ran out to get it from the store immediately. For a problem that would have left me without a car, the guys had me out of there in 1.5 hours (including getting the part). I really appreciate all of the work they did! Thanks for helping me out!”

They have been in business for quite a while and I can see why, they are very experienced and knowledgeable. I was in need of vehicle inspection and they pointed out somethings that weren't obvious. I may not have done everything they recommended but still these things are good to know. Some of which I was to do myself. Nevertheless, they are honest and care about their customers. Pretty disappointed with my experience with Uni-Tech. I recently had a bumper painted so I could replace it myself. The end product looks great but I am not happy with their estimating. Before I got the estimate I gave them my exact paint code which is a tri-color white paint so they knew it would be a bit difficult. Unfortunately, they screwed up the estimate they provided me and didnt include the extra cost/labor associated with the tri-color paint. When I went to pick up the bumper the final cost was 60% more expensive than the initial estimate. I realize that estimates are just that, estimates, but to screw up your estimate so much that it is 60% more expensive is unacceptable. Especially when you knew ahead of time that the paint would be more expensive. I voiced my displeasure and concerns about the cost difference but was offered no compensation. I was fine paying the increased cost of the additional paint/labor (~30% cost increase) in getting the color to match since it is a difficult color, but should have been discounted the cost of the tri-color paint difference since they screwed up the estimate. While the end product looks great, I don’t think I will use Uni-Tech again after this experience.”
“Formerly "Hondaman's" until they got the 'cease and desist' notice from Honda NA. Absolutely the BEST place to take your Honda or Acura for service. Staff is former Honda/Acura dealership mechanics, They know what they're doing, and only charge half what a dealership would. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

A van and a truck. Your system states I have three vehicles with the van having both the van tags and truck tags. Please fix computer.”
“I really like these people at this establishment. I called them on Monday and told them that I had a blowout on my car and I was having difficulty locating a tire. It was a 185/35/18 it was a special order Tire. They told me they could have it the next day and I said that was fine. So I dropped my rim off there this morning and they told me they would give me a call when the tire arrived and they installed it on the rim. They called me about halfway through the day telling me that the delivery truck did not have the tire on it. They explained that they reached out to the supply house and it was not included on the truck by accident. The supply house told them that they would deliver it tomorrow. The staff at USA tire said that is unacceptable and they sent one of their in-house employees over to the Tire Warehouse to pick up my tire. That extra effort shows how much they care. They called me and told me that it was finished around 4:15 p.m. Which gave me plenty of time to go pick it up and pay them for their service. I highly recommend this service because I feel like they care about their customers.”
“I took my car in to get new tires and brakes installed. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I gave them a budget and they stayed way under the amount I was prepared to spend. They even fixed an issue with the front brakes that the dealership said was "normal operation" even though we know that is not the case. Overall, I was very impressed with the service at Prince's Tire and Auto. I would highly recommend Prince's Tire and Auto.”

“I went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. One issue I was looking for a quote on some maintenance work he explained something to me that no other shop I spoke to has ever explained and it most probably saved many other issues down the road.
