5 stars across the board. I booked Wonderfly Timonium location and have no complaints. The fact that the team sets everything up really lowered my stress levels. They even had our table cloth colors, which helped a lot. You only have 15min to setup but honestly that’s all you need with their assistance. The manager was wonderful. She kept checking in to see if I needed anything and was very reassuring. After informing her that some extra guest arrived, she took care of it right away. No one was left out and the party ran smoothly. Even when the pizza arrived late, the kids remained entertained and never knew. lol. I highly recommend this location for your future party. The only downside was that I was having so much fun myself that I hardly took any pictures. Lol. The kids a had great time.

10/10 experience overall! The staff was wonderful and very helpful in the entire process from booking the experience, prep, to the actual event. There’s plenty of activities for anyone at any age to enjoy.

I went to an open play night on December the 14th and it was amazing staff was amazing, we had so much fun and I think the host names were Arnoldo and Ty they were phenomenal and funny there energy was out of this world. This place is a 10/10 I will definitely be back!!!!!

I started coming to Wonderfly in April 2023 to get back into challenging, regular workouts after working out at home during the pandemic using apps and online spinning classes. I joined during a 6 week challenge and I lost around 10-15 pounds in 6 weeks while getting much stronger. The trainers here are very knowledgeable, offer creative workouts and push you to challenge yourself. They also offer modifications to all exercises and encourage you to keep moving and push yourself. When I started coming here my light weights were 8lbs and my heavy weights were 20lbs. Now my light weights are 20lbs for most exercises. I am leaner, stronger and definitely able to do things that I couldn't do at all. I'm pretty sure I have new muscles. ?? I became a member after the 6 weeks were over because I enjoyed the classes, I enjoyed being active and the people here are great to be around. Even the other members will quickly embrace you, push you to workout regularly and are genuinely happy to see you walk into class. Wonderfly provides a great atmosphere n which to accomplish your fitness goals.

Great staff!! Such a fun place to spend time with family and friends. Everyone was very helpful with all services and easygoing. Would definitely come back :)

The staff there are phenomenal!! The customer service is out of this world… I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking with them at the arbutus location because they are top tier baby!!! My party was amazing and all the staff had a hand in making sure it was!!! I’ll definitely be going back.. we had a ball

This place is amazing!!! I threw my sons 10th birthday party here and they were absolutely amazing!!! The staff was awesome and amazing!!! I couldn't of asked for a better team of people to make my sons party a huge success!!! We will be back again for sure!!!!!

I went to the 10/26 fright night open play at the Wonderfly Arbutus location with 20 of my friends. From start to finish, we had the best experience we've had in Baltimore! The facility is nicely laid out with activities in all rooms. There is something for everyone, even those who don't want to participate in the field games. The staff also surprised us with snacks, candy, drinks, and pizza which went above our expectations and enhanced the experience. We all enjoyed playing bubble soccer, dodgeball, laser tag, etc. The laser tag setup they have is one of the most advanced and coolest I have experienced and had fun playing all of the different game modes. What sets Wonderfly above all of the other event centers in my opinion is their staff. Their friendly and fun demeanor makes the experience even sweeter. They are engaging and never make you feel rushed. They were happy to accommodate some of my requests and made us feel incredibly welcome. I highly highly encourage visiting Wonderfly and personally will definitely be back for another open play night!

Wonderfly Area- Arbutus website is very misleading. The website makes this place look absolutely spectacular and worth the money. It's nothing close to what they advertise. This is just a open where house with some game consoles setup out front, and in the back are a few miscellaneous games that are similar to what you have in your back yard or inside your basement. The wear house was hot they stated the AC cost to much to repair. They set up fans that did absolutely nothing for the heat. My kids did not enjoy this place at all. This was my first time there and it would be my last. Only go to Wonderfly Arena, If you like throwing away yourmoney, because it's not worth it.

I booked this for a family gathering on August 20th, and the staff was so helpful from booking to the day of the event. Instructions for each game were clear. The facility itself was clean and the staff sanitized the hamster balls. There were no issues! Thank you guys, I would definitely come back.

Wonderfly staff and location in Arbutus, MD was SUPERB! From the timely communication of planning my child's birthday event to the arrival and end of the party, the staff was informative and attentive to all of our needs. The kids and adults had a blast! Facility was immaculate and well organized. Our party time was from 7-9pm to allow everyone to arrive in a timely manner. The booking is always private for the host/attendees (unlike other places such as Launch, Skyzone, etc.) For those who arrived early, they were able to relax in the lounge and play video games. The kids were tired about a good hour and a half into the event. I will encourage everyone to read the waiver prior to arrival. I read mine thoroughly and understood. Would definitely recommend!!!

Best party ever! Staff was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. I was amazed by their ability to manage and entertain over 50 kids at our event. Everyone had a blast. The place was clean. There was literally something for EVERYONE-adults and kids. Everything went exactly as planned. I would highly recommend planning your event here. Timonium location
