I purchased a video game from this store and the whole process was strange and unprofessional. When the associate got the game from the glass case they somehow dropped it three times from the glass case to the register. Then when they rang it up, the associate turned the keypad away from me and declined the warranty for the game without me even seeing it. When I finished purchasing it the plastic wrap covering the game was not air tight to the case. It was extremely loose. When I got home to gift it there was no game inside the case. I then returned to the same store to return it or at least get the game but was rejected because the cameras showed it had plastic on it and I opened it and it's now my problem. I guess I should have called out the associate from the start but now this wal mart stolen $60 from me.

Hands down love it! The employees are very helpful. There's no boxes in the aisle, so much more to choose from then I have been like Golden ring if you ever been. Keep up the good work.

Shopping experience was okay and no one was hardly in the store which made my shopping faster and check out easier. The cashier was pleasant and she had a very nice attitude. She was very helpful. However, the restrooms in the back of the store were filthy.

I needed new tires so my husband went to Walmart in Arbutus and a young lady named Carine helped him , she called me at work to tell me about an online deal and set up an appointment to have them installed. She was very professional and pleasant to do business with. Other employees should take a lesson from her because she gave excellent customer service which you always don't get at that store. Thank you Carine.

I had to take the time to write this review to warn people! If you want to order grocery delivery... Please avoid it if it's coming from this location because the service is absolutely horrible! I have never seen such unprofessional service and the manager "KAT" of that store is terribly unprofessional and rude also. It's no wonder you get lousy service from that store. I have had numerous problems when I've placed orders for delivery... It's like a roll of the dice every time. Issues with missing items, damaged items, delays, saying they attempt delivery and they haven't attempted and not even having the courtesy to notify you to let you know and don't even try to call the store because you will never get an answer. After waiting for hours to get your order and then either you or them cancel it you Will have to wait 5-10 days to get your money credited back to you! Please don't order from this site You're better off using Amazon!!

****UPDATE- I waited over two hours before leaving. And I was called at 7pm to say it was ready for pickup, 10 hours later**** Their customer service and online pickup are trash ?. The number goes straight to voicemail, the voicemail box is full. If you go through the general store number, you might get someone to answer. After an hour of waiting for them to bring my order, I was told they were short staffed. No apology for the wait. But while I was waiting for over an hour I watched their associates hang out in the parking lot goofing off. Terrible customer service.

I order from here twice a month for delivery. Groceries and household items as well as other shopping needs. 100%satisfied. Delivery always on time and accurate shoppers. 5 star ⭐

It's big with a lot of stuff, but it's a terrible shopping experience every time - especially the checkout process. I've waited over 45 minutes in a checkout line several times. And even then the store only had 1/3 of the registers open/staffed. Avoid this store at all costs!

This Walmart is okay for a Walmart. Many time the prices on the racks are wrong. Sometimes they’ll match the price sometimes they don’t.I took the photo below because the price for the gravel vacuum cleaner seemed very cheap and none of the prices around it seemed right. When I went to the register it ran up $14.97, the employee and manager said they couldn’t mark it down. I told them to please fix it and they ignored me.I also bought flex glue this day. When I open it, it was very hard and seemed very old, texture was like old, dried hair gel. I tried to use it but it didn’t hold anything. I massage d the tub and it helped a little but as you can see the glue did not hold after 12-24 hour dry time.So beware of quality and price accuracy. Seems like they put items wherever they fit and unpopular items don’t get checked for shelf life.

Only 4 check-outs open while aisles are full of re-stockers. This shows a lack of respect for customers' time or prioritization on overall customer experience.I ended up leaving because check-out line was so long, my frozen goods started to thaw. I typically avoid this location because this level of staffing at check-outs has been the norm.The staff I've had interactions with have been helpful and professional. Just not enough of them to match the volume of customers at check out. Really an issue with management and how they allocate staff through-out the store.

It was already crowded at 11:00 am Saturday morning. Long lines not much help on the floor and no self check out. Door to lawn and garden was sill locked so had to walk half the length of the building to middle door then back down the same way inside. Then all they way back to the middle to check out. Register wasn't open in lawn and garden. Terrible experience. Didn't even mention how hard it was to find what I was looking for.

My wife and I visited a store and needed help in the Craft Section. We asked four different staff members working in nearby sections for help, but they only redirected us to other departments. Finally, when I changed my tone with a staff member who was busy on her cell phone near the fitting room, she was willing to help and came with an associate. However, they did not know how to measure and cut the cloth.

I absolutely love Walmart they have everything. Most of the time are usually do my orders online and for the past months I’ve been having a lot of issues I can’t always tip because like I said, I’m a single mom want to fix income so the delivery people will leave my bags in the bushes and on my grass instead of at my front door, I placed a $500 order last week it took me 10 people and five days for them to finally return my money on my EBT card. Other than that Walmarts great however, I do wish Washington Boulevard had self checkouts and customer service sucks.

I wish they would find a way to have the carts get refilled. too many times has the cart area been empty, and you have to go hunt for your shopping cart yourself. I arrived at 930a- and it's still an issue.As far as indoors, they are usually short on employees- making for a HUGE backlog of customers checking out. The worst I've been in was over an hour just standing in the checkout lanes. it's the part I dread the most when I shop here.PS. Almost bought this iron man mask but it was broken.
