“Very nice shop, some of the friendliest people working there. I learned that they are the oldest comic book shop still open in Maryland, and have had a few different owners. Worth the trip!”

“Thanks for over the past several year's, they've supplied me with all of my Buffalo Soldiers Cavalry flags of the 9th and 10th Cavalry and UNITED STATES, ARMY Division Flags. Thanks so much for what you have on stock since there is no one in the United States who has these items, period! If I could give 20 Stars ? I most certainly would. JER 1SG. US ARMY RETIRED.”

“Every single member of the staff here is friendly and willing to help with just about anything. It doesn't ever feel like you're a burden or annoyance when you pop in, and half the time they strike up conversations about whatever you're buying or looking for. I love the environment here! If there were one thing I wish were different, it would be that they don't have any online ordering system for card singles, but when you go in and check out at the little laptop they have, their selection is actually pretty great! At this point, I pop in here to buy presents for all of my nerdy friends and relatives because they have a little bit of everything in their collection, so I know I'll always be able to find something cool and interesting for the occasion.”

“Great first time experience. Had looked on their website and decided to drive up to see it in person. Glad I did. Walked out with the items I came for plus more. Staff was friendly and worked with me on a few items. Will definitely be back again. Pokemon, Magic, Yugioh, One piece and Lorcana. Had it all.”

“Pretty cool art supply store with fair prices. Nice to have helpful staff who are into art and knowledgeable. I love the artsy, counterculture decor both inside and out. Everything Michael's is not. There's a small discount for educators. Parking is down exterior stairs to the right of the entrance leading down the hill to a small parking lot under the bridge. I parked on the street around the corner.”

“I am a professional gold dealer and collector. Purchased 2 rare graded coins online from Coast To Coast last week and they were shipped fast, coins matched photos and were exactly what I expected from a reputable coin dealer. Will do business with them again. And I have read the negative feedback in here and they are wrong. All you have to do is go to Ebay and see they have an exemplary record with over 30,542 POSITIVE Feedbacks since inception, without a single Negative. That puts them in about the .0005% of Ebay sellers with that much feedback and never a Negative with highly pleased gold buyers. That percentage is not far away from winning the lottery!!!”

“The DugoutZone is a fantastic place to shop or to simply talk about the hobby. Rick and Randy are great people and it's always great to drop in. They started in the era when it seemed everyone with a box of older cards and a case of something new felt they could open a store. That they are still around today is a testament to the quality and service they provide and to the relationships they've built with their customers.”

“GREAT STAFF!!! My aunt came here to shop with her card. Upon her purchase she left her card at the place. Well three weeks go by and my aunt comes back to Michaels to get her card. Around 3:00 yesterday, one of the staff members effortlessly retrieved it to her. Their staff is trustworthy and competent and I don't know their name, but the black woman with glasses deserves a promotion! If you're missing your bank card, check Michaels! They might just have it.”

“This is a great store with great employees in the Owings Mills Maryland locale. On the other hand I was informed that so many customers no longer know where this "Michaels" NEW location is... it's really close to it's old location basically "near" where Baskin-Robbins once was (Reisterstown road)”

“I always love coming to Hobby Lobby. The employees are so kind and helpful! Today I had the pleasure of talking with Hope in the fabric department while she cut some fabric for me! She was very happy to help and pleasant to chat with!”

“Forget-Me-Not has been a staple on Main Street since my childhood. I remember it as the "fairy store," the "fae store," the "fantasy store," the "Lord of The Rings store," and the "bubble store." I haven't been inside for years and upon entering, it felt as if I was walking into a fantasy book. The walls of the retail store alone are fantasy-like due to having real natural rock structures showcasing products. As if it was a small castle jampacked of gifts and treasures. The building is three stories high and each room a different realm of gifts. Just when you start to feel a genre of the area you are shopping in, it changes completely! When I was a child, I would come in here for the fairy dresses, wands, rocks and small spell books. Now I come here to smile at the nostalgic items of my past shopping experiences and detour to the jewelry, garden fae products and vintage clothes. There is something for everyone here, I promise.”

“I'll admit this is a review of the corporate entity rather than this specific Michaels.Michael's used to be my go-to store. It's close, they had everything I needed and it's always fun to browse a craft store.Over the past few years I began to see a shift. They had less and less selection and seemed to start narrowing the demographic field they were after or, at least, severly limiting the types of crafts they supported and the amount of options for each craft.I get it, some things just don't move and you only have so much floor space. Additionally, with online shopping it's getting harder and harder for brick and mortar stores to exist. But it seems that the floor space is ever increasing and shelf selection is correspondingly decreasing.I still love a trip out to Michaels when I need a specific color craft paint that I can't wait two days to get or a replacement ball for the wreath my wife made last year, and nobody can be without modpodge. But sometimes it feels like I'm shopping in the leftover and clearance bin at a bigger store rather than the great craft store it used to be.Maybe it's a COVID recovery problem and the old stores will return. Somehow, I doubt it.”

“What can I say about this place? It's amazing! Honestly great selection of TCG cards that range across the years. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful, they have the best local friendly scene for games. Skill level doesn't matter, everyone in the community makes sure that everyone is having a great time. The community is constantly growing and inclusive. This is my go to spot for Friday night games, sealed product and comics. Also they give out killer promos!”

“I love all the michaels around my area. The staff woman was very helpful, despite it being so early in the A.M. that me and my brother went in. There were 3 skeins of clearance yarn left. My crochet cape, scarf and hat. yarn loops & threads mixed up acrylic yarn, beacon blue color.”

“Michaels is great! Their website is lousy! I went there to pick up a specific type and color of yarn, according to the website, it was in stock. But it was not. So wasted gas and time.”

“This store is in a great shopping center with a lot of other convenient shops for all of your errands that you typically need to take care of. Situated between office depot and marshals, as well as near a Home Depot. Shout out to Logan and the friendly staff here to keep the store clean and our Quick to greet you and offer assistance. I think I was asked if I needed help or a basket by three or more associates. I love the new self check out. It makes it easy to scan your Michaels card and add coupons. Be sure to use the app to quickly find locations for the items that you’re looking for. I love using the pick up at the location to compare the online to the in-store pricing.”

“Very pleased, great and friendly customer service shop, seems to be family run and perfectly sits next to a double tree hotel (I badly had to pee from my hour drive out from Gaithersburg in rush hour traffic.)I called the shop earlier in the day and spoke to Phil, he gave me a great initial impression, very friendly and told me they're on the 2nd floor of the quadrant and can be a bit difficult to find. He also advised a flood had occurred, they're still open and operational, but if the hallways look weird, don't be alarmed. LolI highly recommend doing a quick Google search on the map to see the general idea of where to go. Once parked at the double tree, simply walk to the left of the building, you'll see a sign for events meeting place and a sign for a radio station, go past the station for the 2nd door and you'll find a set of stairs. Once you go up the stairs, walk down the hall and it should be the first door on the right. Suite #215 The reason for my visit was to get a second opinion on my uncle's stamps. I received them about 20 years ago and they'd been sitting in bags in storage ever since. Trying to navigate eBay with coins or stamps is a whole nother ballpark and figured I should go to the best!As expected, the collection isn't really worth more than $25 for about the 2700 ish cancelled stamps. But it was nice to have Phil recognize that I was the one that called, treat the album well, and give me an honest answer. While I was at the shop, I believe his son, Victor walked in and apologized in regards to the album being of low value. We also had a great conversation on other collectibles, such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Sports cards, video games and the like. I've been searching for ages for a shop or at least someone willing to allow me to bring in the 3-4 monster boxes of sports cards I have. I got a firm "bring them in, we'll take a look". Today's venture wasn't just about getting an appraisal for my stamps, it was more about, where can I go for future guidance with collectibles. Compared to my recent visit with Maryland Stamps and Coins (Bethesda), Geezer's Tweezers is absolutely what I was looking for. I 1000% recommend this business and will be looking forward to my next visit! Thank you so much Phil and Victor for the pleasant experience!”
