Jessica at the Cricket Store in Arbutus is fabulous!! She is so helpful and very kind personality..She is my person at the store I will only interact with..She is knowledgeable and when it comes to the cell phones .I can't tell you how many phones over the years she has been there for me when I have purchase for my granddaughter..She is a very important asset to the store..Thanks again Jessica !!

My husband n i had taken my mother in law there to upgrade her Cricket phone but the lady that worked there act like she didn't know what she was doing n my mother in law couldn't get any deals cause Cricket doesn't have any deals for their customers no matter how long you've been with them or any senior deals but they have good deals for new customers who switch from their phone company tho ? what's up with that ?i will not go there for any kind of phone deals or advice anyone to go there n i gave Cricket a one cause i couldn't give them a 0 but that's what they deserve.

My husband was having trouble transferring his old phone to the new one. He took it to Cricket for help and was back in the car in 10 minutes with all data transferred. Kendall is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Thanks Jessica you were great! It’s always a pleasure doing easy business and not having to deal with people that are complicated! You made our visit sweet and simple! We love our phones and service, just wish the cases weren’t so much but no biggie we ordered some from Amazon. I definitely recommend your store.

I had a great experience here, Jessica was a wonderful sales person she helped a lot very knowledgeable. Really wanted me to buy a phone case and really tried talking me into it.but I did not have the money for it.

Kendall was fantastic! Kendall acknowledge everyone promptly and did amazing job helping everyone at the same time to make sure we didn’t have to wait long . Kendall was extremely knowledgeable and personable. You can tell she takes her job seriously! I love my new phones ?. Kendall deserves a raise . The store has a great selections for the accessories as well.

I called the store on 11-7-2023 and asked the lady if she had screen protectors for an apple i7 and she did! She applied my screen protector for me and when she asked me if i would be interested in switching she understood that we are happy with our current provider. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and values her customers. She saved me a little bit of money on my protector too which i appreciate. If i need another one I know where to go!

Got a lot of help. The lady was very nice. She knew her stuff about the phones and apps. Down side: only person working. It took sometime to get help.

Jessica sold me an iPhone 12 Monday she was very professional and very knowledgeable! She has an amazing attitude which made me spending almost 1K and feel ok with it ! I came back to the store on Wednesday with my iPad and she gave me a crash course on how to use my hotspot!! Thank you Jessica I appreciate you ?
