David is rude. That kind of attitude like he doesn't want to be there and doesn't like working with the public. Like when you try to call the MVA for something and just get attitude. I heard there is another Dave that doesn't work there anymore. Just so there is no confusion it's the David that's there 10/21/23.

I bought two tools 5 days ago, to replace my sparkplugs, I bought the same day. I didn't need the tools so of course when purchasing, at another location, i asked, "can I return it I don't need them?" Gentleman said, "of course, as long as you have the receipt & they aren't used damaged in original packaging etc," totally understandable. I wasnt stressed about $21. But, still went to return, without being able to get my sentence out, man says, very rude, I don't take tools back," so, I thought maybe they aren't returnable, I call Balt. Nat. Pike location, they were confused why the man refused to refund. I'm certain it's bc I am white & the outlook & discrimination on white people in the bmore area is disgusting. I guess he assumed I had a hidden agenda or bad intentions, it's getting exhausting walking into establishments & feeling self conscious because of what people may think or feel about me bc of their misguided stereotyping. I will never come back here. Disgusting.

I'm happy to say I'll never be returning. The crappy customer service is truly unbelievable. Came in to buy a starter and receive a core discount for the old starter for the price online. I was told the discount could only be done online and then I would have to come back to receive the discount. This was fine until online the starters were out of stock. I was blamed for not using the right part number and was told they had no control of the internet. On top of this I don't know how stupid the one employee thought I was but I could hear him talking about it me behind his back while I was on "hold". I will never be returning and I hope this review steers you away from this unbelievably terrible company. Take your car to a shop and buy a good product rather than dealing with these idiots.

Gave me the wrong front brakes so had to put my tires back on and go get the right ones. Guy that helped us the second time was very knowledgeable.

Great experience at this location with both Dave and Wesley! They were both helpful with helping me diagnose why my check engine light was on and with replacing my windshield wipers (for free) !! thank you for all of your help!

I had an amazing experience at this store. I had a windshield wiper blade break on a really rainy day. An older gentleman came out in the freezing rain to assess my issue and he installed it for me! He asked me to check it before I left, and luckily I did. The wiper was off course and he informed me that I would have to take my car in for repairs. Of course I was a bit bummed about it, so he said he would try to see what he could do... this magical wizard was able to fix my problem in seconds without a trip to the dealership! He was so friendly, and very firmly declined any tips I tried to offer him. His response...I am happy to help you, this is what we do! I am ashamed to say I forgot his name, but I will never forget his kindness! Great team here!

I've mostly been in there for auto touch-up paint for a guitar project. But they had everything i needed including the high grit sandpaper grades i needed. They were missing one of the colors i needed and only one that I needed 2 cans of. They ordered them from the warehouse and had them in the next day.

Ignorant employees. I get in line and am the 3rd person.. Only 1 employee in the store so I wait in line.. 2nd employee shows up, I get in that line, he cant log in to the register.. I go back to the original line, explain that I just have a UPS package, after 10 minutes of waiting she cant log on to whatever she needs to log on to use UPS.. No dialogue, no words, no Im sorry.. I tell her Ill take it elsewhere and leave. Like I said, ignorant employees who basically wasted a lot of my time. I'll never go back again.

Easy experience. I had purchased items online and one part was not what I needed. I walked in, showed the employee what I'd ordered and explained what I really needed. She looked asked type of vehicle and looked up the part. Because there was an online coupon. So she gave me the part number, I ordered online, and she handed me the part 4 min later. Easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!
