So today I had to go to Zales to get my ring resized. Due to the ring being purchased online and it's Sunday the reps in the store were having a difficult time pulling up my order. Shirley at the Annapolis Zales was such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to make sure we could locate my warranty number and get my ring resized. She was an absolute sweetheart. Whenever you need anything stop in and say hello to her. Shirley you are the best and Thank you again ? ?

I’ll only be shopping at Zales in Annapolis from here on out. Came in to get a last minute birthday gift for my wife and the store manager, Faith, was a dream to work with. She was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable as she helped me look for pieces that match my wife’s style and worked within my budget. Truly a 10/10 experience, thank you so much for helping a guy out in a pinch, Faith!

Not one to typically write reviews, but I would be remise if I didn't share that my experience dealing with Faith at the Annapolis Zales store was one of my best experiences, from start-to-finish. While setting out on the journey to find the perfect engagement ring, Faith was extremely attentive and provided the 1:1 that I needed to make the experience anything but stressful! (whew!) The transaction couldn't have gone more smoothly, and I'll note that Faith has gone over-and-above to follow-up with me to make sure I was completely happy with the purchase (which myself and my now-Fiance most certainly are!) as well as help with re-sizing and answering questions regarding warranties, coverage/insurance, etc. Just a FANTASTIC experience and I would highly recommend Faith and team at the the Annapolis location for your jewelry needs.
