Management and customer service is very poor at this location. The two women employees working Saturday October 12th during the day time shift lack professionalism. Our items didn’t have a price tag on them so the cashier told me she had to make tags for our items it would take her a minute. I said no worries can I come back after I go to the restroom. She said that was fine. When I came back she didn’t have the tags for them so I had to wait for her to complete the task. Several of the dresses had deodorant stains on them that we tried on. Of course one of the dresses that my daughter chose had deodorant on them. I asked if they accommodated a discount considering I would need to have the dress dry cleaned. The cashier said she would need to ask. She asked the manager and the manager rolled her eyes and said no they can use shout. The cashier then handed me two shout wipes and told me to use them. The manager was focused on cleaning the register area rather than waiting on customers in line for checkout. All around not good at all!

I get a bad experience with a employee she treat us very uncomfortable only because we speak Spanish we se the difference when she’s speak to other client very happy and to us she speak very rude

I had a great experience. Lots of dresses to choose from but sadly they didn’t have the best size ranges to choose from. But staff was kind and helpful with putting an item on hold.

Went there for a prom dress and I was looking at the dresses seeing there was no dresses close to my size and I went to a staff member and asked what the biggest size they had. She looked me up and down and said with a attitude 13 and looked away

I went in looking for a formal dress with a friend and Alisa the manager on shift for sunday was so helpful! She was so sweet and really helped us find a dress. Literally deserves a raise and more! Thank you so much again you are the best!

Waited in line 1 hour to try on dresses. You can’t return them if the have a square or round tag. No workers enforcing numbers of dresses people take in. Employees weren’t helping with dressing rooms and wouldn’t allow you to try on dresses in the store. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.

What a variety of beautiful dresses! The staff was so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend them for homecomings and prom dresses.

Transaction at 11:19am 2/4/2023. Went to pay for my daughter's middle school dress and short coat, the cashier (with blue dreadlocks) asked " Do you want to save 10% by becoming members." I replied with "No thanks, not today." She rolled her eyes then slid the items across the counter to the other cashier and said "Is this girl really gonna wear these two together?" She walked off and the other cashier looked shocked and finished the transaction. So this staff member gets an attitude and insults customers (middle school-er) if she does not get her way. From previous comments it seems this store has a reputation of rude staff, maybe they should listen. I will not be returning.

HUGE shoutout to Melissa and Xach (district manager) at the Annapolis Mall store. My friend's daughter needed to replace her prom dress and the store didn't have her size nor could we order it online. The team quickly jumped into action and found the dress at a store in VA. Xach was going to pick the dress for us, but he came up with a solution to have the dress shipped to the store instead. I can't thank them all enough for saving the day for my friend's daughter who LOVED that dress. Thank you all for doing your job and making the customer #1, you don't see that often these days. This team deserves recognition and a tremendous THANK YOU! Class act!!

Went in looking for a prom dress and got the best help ever! Katerin helped me find the right shoes to go with my dress and helped with every step of the way. Even found my graduation dress I needed! Everyone was super helpful and nice with the process during this crazy time of the year.
