Truly terrible experience, I will never buy here again and don't recommend anyone does. They don't offer any returns or store credit, and exchanges are extremely limited. Not disclosed to customer. Rude and inflexible owner.

Truly terrible experience, I will never buy here again and don't recommend anyone does. First, the store doesn't accept returns AT ALL. Brought the clothes back within 1 week and was not allowed to return. They also don't offer store credit. My husband went to return and was told I had 7 more days to come and pick other things for exchange. The fact that I'm 7 months pregnant and can't come back myself due to my work schedule did not matter to the owner. The no-return policy was not posted, and I was never informed of it, before or after I made my purchase. Also, the items are deceptively priced, which is why I was hoping to return in the first place. Lastly, good luck exchanging! They don't maintain good inventory, so if you're looking to exchange for sizes, they probably don't have the size you need. I would not recommend shopping here, but especially don't buy gifts here. You are setting a mom up for a very unpleasant experience when she tries to return something or exchange it. I can't believe a business can run this way and still stay open. Horrible business practices. I will be reaching out to our local government about this as well.

Pushy sales people. They have no inventory and won’t take returns even though that is not written anywhere and was no stated. They refused to sell pieces of clothing separately even though they were charged separately. You can do better in Annapolis for children’s clothing, even heirloom quality. The store is also very expensive for children’s clothing and mostly sells basics.

I bought a baby outfit 10 weeks ago. With COVID, I wasn't able to get to the store to return. I finally got into the store to attempt to return. First, the store said it opened at 11, they weren't open until after noon. Second, the woman at the store who revealed she was one of the owners refused to take the return. I suggested that they give me a store credit. She refused. She told me it was the "company's policy" -- i.e. her store's policy -- to not accept returns beyond 7 DAYS and that she could not change the policy. She also revealed that they made their return policy even more restrictive in light of COVID. Seems to me like a small business should be more accommodating to its customers. I even explained that I'm a local and would love to shop in her store more. None of this appealed to her. Oh well. I guess I'll have to shop at Hatley down the street.

Very negative experience, buyer BEWARE. I purchased a baby's outfit from this store, excited to shop locally and support my community as a small business owner myself. The outfit was for a friend's baby, which turned out to be the wrong size. When I brought the item, still wrapped, back into the store with the original gift receipt, the salesperson who sold me the item refused to let me return it, and stated that the store has a 10-day return policy (who only gives you 10 days?!) and beyond that, only exchanges were allowed. Now I understand businesses need to make a profit, and especially now with the coronavirus sales may be low. But businesses have insurance and protections for these kinds of situations. I as a customer, do not. I only have their customer service to protect me. Stores like this probably do most of their business with customers buying gifts for others. I don't know how many moms I know who regularly shop at boutiques and spend $70 on a single outfit for their growing infant (yes this store is overpriced and sells things that will frequently need to be replaced, perhaps yet another issue with their business model here...) So, their return policy should be generous and more than 10 days. Times like this are important for our communities, and we should be supporting each other, not grubbing over every sale. I can tell you that I am in my 30's and I know LOTS of women having babies, and I myself may be starting a family in the future and this store just lost out on ALL my future business and the business of everyone I know that I will tell about this when they ask for recommendations, over a silly $70 sale and quite frankly ridiculous return policy. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you are OK with being treated unfairly or are positive you won't make a return.

Poor customer service and return policy. Was told after purchase that all sales were final. Not friendly about it either. Will not return to this store.

Cute shop with lovely clothes. The Danish brand Wheat has unique and nicely made clothes. The salesperson (owner?) was fun and helped with sizes. She suggested outfits that go together and arranged all possibilities on the counter for our decisions. A really pleasant experience and great prices. Drove over 30 miles to go there, and it is worth the trip. Highly recommended.
