Went to have a couple of checks printed. Literally took 20 minutes at the window. No one can do anything. Overrides for everything. Heaven forbid you should actually need a real cash transaction you should clear your schedule.

The employees at this branch, at this entity overall and including their customer service representatives are lazy, dishonest, irresponsible and their lack of respect, integrity and understanding is absolutely abysmal. Right now, I am trying to protect my safety while in the middle of trying to speak to someone at WELLS FARGO who is competent and willing to step up to assist in a very unfortunate situation that was caused by a huge privacy and confidentiality breech by the Branch Manager, Chris Pittman, at this Annapolis location. Chris called me to inform me that a mistake had been made on my account, then proceeded to feed me misinformation and from there he chose to release highly confidential personal information of mine to multiple people after I explicitly asked for my information to remain private. My safety is now endanger because of this individual as well as by Fernando, the teller who input and shared the information dictated by Chris. Every individual from Chris himself to the Customer Advocacy Rep (Charles Hodges) to the escalation department has been nothing but useless and each individual to whom I am sent all try to throw me back into a customer service queue where no one can provide me the name of the contact with whom I need to speak pertaining to reporting this situation. Pending legal action now, and I will be closing my account today....after over 20 years as a loyal member of Wells Fargo. I could not be more upset, frustrated and betrayed by the individuals involved in the situation I am currently experiencing with this worthless and distrustful entity. I give ZERO stars. Consider using any other bank for your needs.

I spent 30 minutes at the drive-through at this bank. Michelle have been waited on yet. No one works here. No one answers questions appropriately when you call them to big waste of time just that you go to another bank which I'll be doing myself. Thank you very much.

I came to this branch to deal with an overdraft fee, fuming and planning to change banks. However, the Brokerage Associate took into account my banking history and my customer loyalty and waived my overdraft fee. It restored (some) of my faith in Wells Fargo. Not to mention every time I've visited this branch, the bank tellers are always cheerful and give excellent customer service.

I was at your branch located on 171 Jennifer Rd, Annapolis, MD, 21401 today at 4:50pm. I was at the drive thru. There was a customer in front of me. I was second in line. For some reason the person in front me took a long time to complete the transaction. I was attended after 5:10pm. I was depositing over $10,000 in a business account. I do this every other day because of the nature of my company. It's a money transfer company. Today they told me they couldn’t do my transaction over the drive thru. I would have to come inside but since it is already after 5pm, I can’t even come inside. I would have to come the next day to conduct my business. I have used this branch and some other branches during covid and after covid. No one asked me to come inside. Why new process now? Why not consistent? By personal? By branch? For argument’s sake let say I have to come inside. Why wasn’t I allowed in? Because in busy times I had seen people get in before 5pm but get out around 5:30pm. The people in this branch don’t care about customer’s time. They are very slow in the process. They are not consistent among theirselves

They are very unprofessional. We have scheduled 3 different appointments with them to open an account and each time they have called an hour before the appointment to cancel it.

Extremely disappointed in the branch service - would not allow me to make a "cash" deposit into my niece's account because I wasn't on the account. Most obserd thing I had every heard of. Was under the assumption that cash gets the money in the bank faster and I find it hard to believe that they don't have the technology to tell if the money was conterfeit. They were very quick to respond by telling me to write a check or have her use the ATM to make the deposit. Now I know why I don't bank with them.
