This branch location is fine for drive up banking. The woman who handles both the counter and the window is very nice. But don't ask for anything more complicated. They were unable to open an estate account (no notary works there), so the manager directed us to another branch. He promised to make an appointment for us at the other branch for the next day and said an email confirmation would come. Nothing ever came, so we went online and tried to book an appointment ourselves, which the bank just canceled. You can't get through by phone, through their elaborate menu, which eventually says no one is available. Very frustrating. Followup from the next day: we visited the other branch (with an appointment) and waited nearly 30 minutes to be helped. There is a plaque on the table with a QR code that says "join branch wait list." There were 4 customers waiting and attempting to join, but the link from the QR code came up saying "branch unavailable." We finally met with a bank representative, but it takes extreme patience to navigate their system.

I had post my review with my personal accounts and it was removed,I have my business account with Wells Fargo branch Bayridge Annapolis.On Monday 18th 2022 almost 8k were withdrawal from my account, I was told to wait 10 days and my money will be back 11 days after and hours on the phone they just read their letter saying they are not taking responsibility. I have been asking for writing notices about the process the denying that .If you work for your money do not use this institution they do not care and do not take responsibility that their system were hacked.

Consistently having issues with depositing cash using their ATM.You’d think for a big bank they’d resolve this issue by now. Oh well, at least the old fashioned way still works. Just very inconvenient at times.

This bank has the worst rep out of any bank that I've ever had,if you like you money mixed up this is the place for you.I don't know what wells fargo will do but untell they get dennis away from there customers nobody will be happy with this bank.He is the rudest,fake an loves to smile an say I'm sorry I put you money in the wrong account an you bounced checks.if you are thinking of banking in annapolis don't use wachovia!
