Bought my wife's 2017, Volvo XC 90 T-8 with Excellence package at this dealership. The sales portion went very well but I was conned into buying a $10,000 special bumper-to-bumper warranty aftermarket product by the sales manager. It covered everything except for tires brakes oil change, and usual wear and tear items which I thought was acceptable. Recently I had a windshield issue where the seals failed and water poured into the car. I brought it to my local Volvo dealership and had it repaired but this warranty would not cover that. Apparently it covers virtually nothing and it was a total $10,000 rip off. If you purchase a vehicle here, do not buy any aftermarket products from these people. They are all crooks. I have called repeatedly and gotten no response. They don't care. I'm not saying you shouldn't buy a Volvo here, it's probably as good as any other dealership, but I would never buy any aftermarket insurance or other products from these people.

We ordered the part from another shop and it didn't fit. I ordered the part from Volvo Cars Annapolis next as not to make the same mistake. I got an email the next day saying this part (same part I ordered before!) would not fit my car. Kevin from the parts dept asked me to call him and gave me the cost of the part minus the price I have already paid. (less than $20 and STILL $40 less than the other stores charge!) Kevin you saved me a lot of headaches! I have more parts to buy and I will be placing more orders! My experience at Volvo of Annapolis was nothing short of outstanding from the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment that I drove away in my new car. Christian, Bruce, Michael, Devin and Corey are a great team and ensured a smooth process end to end. I can't thank the team at Annapolis Volvo enough. I am very happy with my new vehicle and was very impressed with the overall process.

They should rename this place to a stealership instead of dealership. Never written a bad review in my life but god damn will these people squeeze you for every penny you are worth. Warranty's mean nothing because they will just find another issue that also costs that's outside of it. Oh and did I mention they lie as well about what they do and don't do to your car. Anyway I know this was pretty scathing, only upside is staff was polite. In short, don't go here unless you have to get specific work done you can't get anywhere else and even if you can, drive to a better dealership, probably have better luck. I won't be going here again unless I have no other option.

First u should have you disclaimer shown before u make a purchase u gave a option to pick up a part that u didn’t even have which didn’t make sense at all should be more clear in ur pre-purchase

We just walked in to look at a car. There were 5 salespeople and not a single one said hello. We then started looking at cars on the floor. Nothing. Not even a wave! What the heck? $80,000 for a car and not even the courtesy of a hello. They did me a favor. I understand clearly their customer service policy.
