I've been coming here for about 12 years since I was in elementary school, never had much of a problem. Staff and especially Dr. Magill were always extremely pleasant and would always work with you. I just called this morning to set up an appointment (no other way) as its been a few years since my last and its time for an exam. I was greeted by a young lady named Julie I believe, and when I said hello and stated my name and intention to set an appointment up she immediately put the phone down, probably assumed I couldn't hear her and started saying rude things, and promptly hung up. I don't know what that was about and I surely don't want to have an exam done here any more.

Dr. Magill is simply amazing! If you have any needs or concerns about your eyes, or glasses , check her out. Also, Julianna, a member of Dr. Sharon's team, is the sweetest. Her kindness sets her apart from other optometrists and you want to come back because you know both Julianna and Dr. Sharon will take care of you! I can't wait until my next eye appointment, I will definitely be coming here from now on!

I was referred to Dr. McGill by one of her employees. Dr. McGill gives the best exam I have ever had, sharing the information behind each of the tests that she performs. Her equipment is very state of the art - and her staff is extremely professional both administratively as well as a fine lab. Her employees are trained both to fit eyeglasses, but give an artistic view to selection of eye-wear. I highly recommend this practice. Judy Shapiro

If you want a run-of-the-mill exam to meet your yearly requirement, this is not the place. If you want a thorough discussion about the health of your eyes, make an appointment. I have never felt so comfortable speaking with an eye doctor. Dr. Magill did an in-depth exam, and then we discussed my eye care needs, geared specifically for me. I need contacts, check; I need readers; check; I have dry eyes, check. Since seeing Dr. Magill, my dry eyes have improved immensely with a simple, over-the-counter remedy. I know this sounds like a commercial, but my eyes are critical, and Vision Specialists has me covered.Don't forget to see Kipi out front so she can help you put some style in your life.

Dr. Magill and her staff are professional, friendly, and take exceptional care of their patients. I always feel looked after and appreciated not only as a customer but as a person. They take the time to get to know you and make sure you are getting what is best for you, and they go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. Their location is beautiful and the selection is great.

I and my family have been patients of Dr McGill for over 20 years.She and her staff are great. Dr McGill works great with children aged 6 to 92, she keeps current the latest techniques and science of the eye. Highly recommend her and her staff if you need glasses or have a problem with your eyes.

Not a well run establishment. I just recently got a call from a collections agency that Vision Specialist of Annapolis has 50 dollars in collections against me. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I asked the collections person what the charge is for on two different occasions and they informed me that there isnt anything written in their system. They are simply trying to make me pay 50 dollars without telling me for what. I have already disputed the charges on my credit report. I also called the business and they have no record of me in their system. This isnt about 50 dollars, I could pay that right now. It's about doing the right thing, if they are doing it to me then they are doing it to others as well.

Staff was very helpful and helped me choose a great frame. First time in progressives and it's a slow process getting used to them. Been back to have the fit adjusted and they got me set up right away. Great service and easy location with lots of parking available.

Zero stars if I could. Leaving this practice after years of being over charged. More concerned with how much money they can get out of you than eye care. Go here if you want to overpay for mediocre service.

Wish I could give them a 6..or 10!Love them... beat decision I made was to switch to Vision Specialists.The experience is great from beginning to end!They have convenient hours (open late for people like me who work a lot)Dr Magill is great to deal with. So much fun to talk to while getting an exam.Kippy the frame specialist is a PRO...She will have the perfect frames to have you looking greatCannot say enough good things about Vision Specialists!!!

Worst experience of my life. They incorrectly billed my insurance resulting in over $600 in extra fees. When I asked for clarification, the manager told me it was my own fault for not knowing the specifics of my own insurance plan. I provided all of the information at the time of the appointment - insurance provider, social, plan details. They were unwilling to make any changes, and - were rude in the process of working through this with me - at one point, actually laughing at my misfortune. And, it's not the first time they have been rude over the phone. This is the third time in 6 months - time to make a change. It's rather sad as, Dr. Magill is actually a really good doctor - just horribly ineffective office adminstrators beneath her. I'm to the point of contacting the State's AG office, as - these are terrible billing practices.
