The people in this place are super friendly, they make you feel like you are in your living room. I was able to see and hear while waiting for my daughter to change her cell phone to the young man (Dejon) who was so friendly to her, helping her with everything she needed. But I could also see that the other people were very kind to the people they served. I loved coming here. I will return with pleasure.

Horrible service, they're slow, and say they can't help you unless you call the Verizon wireless customer service line and get them to teach these people how to do their job. Also reeks of weed in here

Trying to cancel my deceased parent’s wireless service. Can’t get anyone on the phone at Verizon forever. In the day I finally do, it takes 20 mins for the rep to tell me I have to go to the store. I drive across town only to arrive to 8 people waiting on 2 reps. I may pass away before seeing someone. Verizon customer service bites.

Legit corporate Verizon store. Taylor was awesome on my most recent visit as well as all previous brand ambassadors. So much better than than the shills at the Victra owned location in Edgewater .

well, you apparently didn't escalate it very much. It was again a no show. I had to call again and after 45+ minutes and being switched around to different departments, was told they could see where it was ordered, but couldn't track where it was (nice system!). Now its supposed to be here today. Again, horrible experience. Will be looking for a different vender. Oh, by the way, you had an unrecognizable name on my account. But don't worry, your bills still made it to my front door.. on time.

Came in to the store today with a phone issue and associate named Juan helped us and without worrying about a commission he spent a lot of time with us straightening out our problem. He went above what you can expect from an associate. If you go into the store, make sure you buy from Juan, he is a good person. We will be seeking him out when it comes time for us to upgrade plans or buy new phones.

I've had Verizon for 20 years, they've pissed me off for the last time. This store is probably one of the best ones but it still runs very unorganized and every time i come here i get conflicting information that resulted in a $300 unreasonable charge that even their own employee thought was bogus but their indian customer support specialist stood by their decision so I'm getting rid of any service related to verizon and will never be back

I came into the Verizon store not really knowing what I wanted to do I had been with the same carrier since college Cat the sales consultant came to my rescue and helped me finally find the perfect phone! I left with a new watch, and an iPad and couldn’t be happier her customer service was outstanding and second to none! For anyone looking for someone to help and actually listen to them and not just try to sell them something she’s your girl! Would give her 10 stars if it was an option!
