I am 84 years old not very good with computers, Pat took me step by step through the process of a new phone.I have been and still happy with VerizonService, but was prepared to change company. My last experience with a Verizon store in Naples Fl . Caused me to put off getting a new phone. Now I am a Happy Verizon customer !
