We spent 45 minutes waiting to be helped today to get a Gizmo watch for my daughter. When it was finally our turn, the Verizon employee told us we'd have to change from our prepaid to a contract plan in order to add it, which would nearly double our monthly fees even before we added the $5/month for the Gizmo plan (or before we added taxes, fees, and surcharges).I asked multiple times if I could open a new account with just the Gizmo watch on it, and he repeatedly told me no, that Gizmo plans need to be associated with a Verizon number, and that we'd have to change our plan. My daughter, who had been working towards earning the Gizmo watch for more than a month, was very disappointed.But I was the one who was disappointed when I found out that the salesperson was not telling the truth. You CAN get a Gizmo watch that isn't associated with a Verizon plan; you just pay $10/month for the plan instead of $5/month.So, thanks, Verizon, for wasting our time in order to try to squeeze us for an additional $65/month, and for unintentionally offering our daughter a lesson in the value of integrity and honesty.

Pathetic. Looking for every reason not to help. Purchased 1K in product four months ago and they say, "we have no record of any orders on your account for the past year". Don't go to this store unless you want to waste time and be frustrated. Pathetic, and never again!

Beware of Verizon, the severna park office told her she needed a new phone, however they would accept her phone and get a free phone upgrade. my daughter had medical issues and went to hospital. Brought the phone in to trade was told my their customer service it was too late, she must pay the full price. Verizon HQ were no help, offered a $250 credit. Beware of Verizon.

I went in today to cancel my plan. By the time I got helped, my beard had grown three inches. :) They get one star because I can't give them zero.

I went in today to help my mom get a new phone. We waited here for nearly two hours. We were behind one other person that left 39 mins ago. Store wasn't that busy and three employees were sitting around just talking and conversing instead.of asking if we been helped.I had to come to two different employees asking for help and got a rebuffed "someone will be with you shortly," which was a load of BS. We walked out because they wasted enough of our time. I called Verizon customer service and got it all done in 20 mins.Don't bother wasting your time here. They just fiddle around.

Absolutely horrible... just horrible. I went in to get a new phone (and knew exactly what I wanted) at about 10:30 in the morning; this is a big store, and there was one customer in there. A woman came up to me with a pad in her hand, asked what she could do for me, and I said I was there to get a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no, I didn't know appointments were needed. She said she could give me an appointment in two days. I said they should put a sign on the door "appointment necessary", but there was no-one in the store and could she take care of me. She reiterated (I thought with a slight attitude) that she could give me an appointment in two days. I left.Just don't go here.Don't.

Never been spoken down to in such a way.Came into today after scheduling an appointment to order an iphone 13. A Verizon work made me feel stupid for walking in. Spoke to me very condescending after one of his co workers booked an appointment for us last week.Didn't expect this from Verizon.

If I could do less than one star I would. The sales people were the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. I needed help with an iPhone 12Pro that was having trouble since the day I turned it on. I explained my situation and that Verizon Tech suggested that I actually go to the store to talk with the people at the store to see if they could solve the problem. I have never felt so stupid in my life. They made me feel like they didn't want to help me, that I was a bother, and this is not my first iPhone and they still made me feel inadequate and an idiot. I have since gone to the store in Edgewater and they couldn't have been nicer.
